Acting awards now require performances that are “credited in the film’s legal billing and demonstrably performed by humans with their consent.” Scripts must be “human-authored” to qualify.
Films are not banned from using AI. Visual effects, sound design, and production tools that use AI remain fair game. And studios must file a “Human Contribution Statement” documenting how human artists directed and shaped the work.

Defining your disclosure threshold. At what point does AI assistance become something you need to disclose? A grammar check is different from an AI that wrote the first draft. Most organisations have not thought this through yet.
Logging AI touchpoints in workflows. If you cannot reconstruct which AI tools were involved in a piece of work and what humans reviewed, you have no way to produce the documentation that will increasingly be required.
Training your team on AI attribution. The expectation is not just that senior leaders understand this. It is that anyone producing client-facing work understands what they are responsible for when AI is in the loop.
Building governance into your AI tools, not as an afterthought. If AI is woven into your day-to-day operations without any tracking of what it did, retrofitting that governance later is painful. Building it in now is far cheaper.
