Agreement
By using Enterprise DNA's website, learning platform, or services ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. Enterprise DNA Pty Ltd ("Enterprise DNA", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Our services
Enterprise DNA provides:
- EDNA Learn - online courses, learning paths, certifications, and community access for data and AI skills
- Omni - AI-powered business services including agent deployments, custom app development, voice AI, and advisory
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@enterprisedna.co if you have billing questions.
Content and intellectual property
All course materials, content, and tools on Enterprise DNA are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce our materials without written permission.
Omni services
Omni engagements are governed by individual service agreements. These terms apply generally, but specific project terms (scope, deliverables, timelines) are agreed separately for each engagement.
Acceptable use
Don't use our Services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property
- Distribute malware or engage in hacking
- Harass, spam, or harm other users
- Scrape or bulk-download content
Limitation of liability
Enterprise DNA provides Services "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
