The 60-minute audit is free. The point is for both of us to find out whether there is real, automatable work in your business. If there isn't, we should both move on. If there is, we'll talk about scope and pricing for the build.
What happens on the call? +
First 15 minutes: I learn how your firm runs. Next 30 minutes: we map the manual work that's costing you the most. Last 15 minutes: I show you the two or three highest-leverage AI agents we'd build, what they'd cost, and what they'd save.
Who needs to be on the call? +
You. The owner, partner, or GM. Bring an ops or admin lead if you have one and want them in the room. Don't need IT, don't need a procurement track.
What about our data? +
We don't need access to your systems for the audit. It's a conversation, not a data project. If we go ahead with a build, we sign an MSA and DPA before any system touches your data.
