Enterprise DNACode + implementation

Omni by Enterprise DNA · Salesforce alternatives

Keep your sales process. Rethink your CRM bill.

Looking for a Salesforce alternative? Compare a custom CRM built around the workflows your team uses, with migration and ongoing support included in the assessment.

Your workflows. Your brand. Setup, migration and ongoing support scoped together.

A replacement that earns its place

Start with the work your team actually does.

Bring your current bill and the workflows you rely on. We map what to replace, what to connect and what the full change will cost.

Build around your process

Map the pipeline, activity and reporting your team actually relies on.

Bring the useful history

Test record mapping, ownership, opt-outs and reconciliation before moving.

Make the costs explicit

Compare the current bill with implementation, ongoing service and integrations.

Put the numbers beside each other

What does switching save after all the costs?

Compare the annual spend you can actually stop with the complete replacement cost. Enter all amounts in the same currency, excluding tax.

Include maintenance, backups, model usage and required integrations. Count each cost once. Changing currency changes labels only.

Know exactly what you are buying

A clear scope before you switch.

What the free foundation includes

  • Account, contact, lead and opportunity records.
  • Pipeline and forecast commands with documented sample data.
  • Documented CSV import mapping to assess your existing records.

What we assess and quote for your business

  • The screens, permissions and approvals your team needs.
  • Email, calendar, accounting and other required integrations.
  • Migration, training, hosting, backups and ongoing support.

The free foundation is not the full Salesforce ecosystem. CPQ, service desks, marketing automation and packaged integrations require separate assessment. We identify these dependencies before quoting a replacement.

A practical route out

Make the move in measured steps.

  1. 01

    Review

Map your costs, essential workflows, integrations and renewal dates.

  2. 02

    Prove

Demonstrate the agreed workflow and test a sample of your export.

  3. 03

    Move

Reconcile the data, train the team and run a controlled cutover with a rollback plan.

  4. 04

    Run

Maintain the system under an agreed support scope and keep improving it.

Retire existing licences after acceptance and within your contract terms. Code access, data export, hosting and handover rights are documented in the proposal.

Built in the open

Inspect the foundation. Choose how you run it.

Enterprise CRM for Claude Code is the open-source starting point. Run the documented demo with sample data, inspect the code and read its limits. The managed engagement adds the migration, connections and custom work agreed in your scope.

The code is free under its published licence. Hosting, model usage and maintenance still have a cost.

Before you decide

Will a custom system always be cheaper?

No. We compare the costs you can stop with build, migration and ongoing running costs. A small subscription bill or a complex replacement can make staying with your current system the better choice.

Do my staff need to use Claude Code?

The free foundation is designed for Claude Code. In a managed engagement, we agree the interface your staff need and scope any screens or mobile work explicitly. A staff-facing application is not automatically included with the free code.

Who owns the code and data?

The public foundation is available under its published licence. Your proposal documents access to your data, rights to custom work, hosting responsibilities and the handover process.

What does the review cover?

Your actual software spend, renewal date, essential workflows and integrations. We establish fit and identify the scope needed for a useful demonstration and proposal.
