A small build with a way to check it
A research brief with receipts
Collect two pinned release records into a compact evidence brief. Preserve the release URL and source excerpt before anyone writes a summary.
What goes in. What comes out.
- Input
- Two pinned releases: Docling 2.140.0 and vLLM 0.32.0.
- Output
- A JSON brief with project, version, publication date, original URL and bounded evidence excerpt.
- You need
- Python and internet access. Standard library only; public GitHub rate limits apply.
Build it
- Download build.py into an empty working folder.
- Run the research command. It reads the two fixed, public release endpoints.
- Follow each sourceUrl and compare the version and excerpt before using the brief.
python build.py research --output result.jsonRun scripts only after reading them. Use an isolated environment. These examples do not install models, send mail or change business records.
Check the result
- Wrong project or version stops the run.
- No source-less claim or AI-written summary is added.
- Network errors stop the run without writing a successful result.
