Overview

EDNA Command Center is the internal operating layer Enterprise DNA runs to ship multiple products in parallel: HelpGenie, customer command centers, daily content, outreach, reports, and the broader Omni surface. Claude Code + skills + MCP + cron + a sealed secrets layer. The whole stack, used in anger every day.

Best for

Best for
Anyone curious what a real Claude-Code-first operating layer looks like in 2026

Use cases

  • Daily outreach pipeline with sealed multi-tenant clients
  • Branded PDF report generation as a one-shot pipeline
  • Per-customer command centers driven from a shared canonical map
  • Cron-driven daily briefs feeding founders, team, and Slack

Notes

What it is

A single repo (with a junction-mounted memory layer and a sealed multi-tenant Omni-Mail client) where every recurring task at Enterprise DNA has a canonical pipeline. Reports go through a PDF shell. Emails go through Sam’s real Gmail or Outlook. Customer projects route through OPM. Image generation through one of three pipelines. All of it pinned in CLAUDE.md so any agent that lands cold knows the routing table.

Why it is here first

The Showcase exists to prove these tools deliver real outcomes. EDNA Command Center is the most-tested example we have. v0.6 opens the Showcase to community submissions.

Pros

  • Every pattern in this directory in one repo
  • Real production use, not a tutorial repo
  • Open source, fork-friendly
  • Daily updated by the agents that run it

Cons

  • Opinionated, fork to use vs adopt wholesale
  • Assumes a stack of sibling repos that aren't all public
  • Built for one operator, not a team
