Instead of AgriWebb
Stop renting AgriWebb. Own your livestock system.
We build your version around the way you run your farm, bring your AgriWebb records across and run it for you. Start with mobs, paddocks, treatments and the weekly grazing round.
AgriWebb AU example: A$1,030 Essentials, A$1,442 Compliance or A$1,854 Performance per year for 300 cattle and 2,000 sheep, excluding GST. Checked 27 September 2026.

The subscription
Your bill follows the livestock and the plan
AgriWebb prices by livestock numbers and plan. The farm records remain your history. Public AU pricing and subscription terms checked on 27 September 2026.
An ongoing subscription
Monthly or annual billing keeps the subscription active.
A price tied to livestock
The calculation uses average livestock numbers, with different factors for cattle and sheep.
Different plan levels
Essentials, Compliance and Performance package different capabilities.
Mapping and daily records
The base plan combines farm mapping, mob movements, reconciliation and team tasks.
Planning add-ons
Movement planning and grazing planning are separate packages, with plan eligibility.
Implementation and connections
Service packs and paid marketplace integrations can add to the subscription.
Your version
The records behind the farm decisions
The muster
Know where the numbers changed
Keep the opening mob count and every recorded change together. A muster discrepancy stays visible until someone deals with it.
- check Opening head, births, purchases, deaths and sales
- check Actual counts beside the expected head
- check Paddock movement history for each mob
- check A weekly decision list combining missing stock, stale weighings and overdue work
Treatment holds
Check the stock before booking slaughter
See the treatment dates and the missing evidence alongside the planned sale. The release check refuses an active hold.
- check Domestic and export clearance dates shown separately
- check Unknown holding intervals remain a blocker
- check Imported mobs need a named history review
- check A stricter release check than a warning that still lets a sale be saved
The grazing round
Ask what is ready for a closer look
Read rest periods beside stock pressure and the age of your feed estimates. Apply your own review thresholds as the season changes.
- check Current head and grazing pressure by paddock
- check Rest days since the last recorded move out
- check Old or missing pasture estimates flagged
- check Your own questions across grazing, treatment and work records
The farm book
Keep the evidence with the decision
Produce working registers and review packs in your business name. Change their contents as your farm process changes.
- check Treatment batch, dose, operator and label reference
- check Feed entries with supplier declaration references
- check Joining groups and pregnancy scans due
- check Branded working documents with your own fields and review rules

Switching
How to switch from AgriWebb
The move itself is a few clear steps: export what AgriWebb allows, run a test import, fix what did not map, then run both systems side by side before you close the AgriWebb account.
- 1
Export your records from AgriWebb
Export what your AgriWebb account allows, usually CSV or Excel, with the columns and filters you need. Pull your paddocks, mob snapshots, treatment history, weights, individual tag identifiers and feed entries, since these are the record types the free importer is built to accept. Check with AgriWebb if you are not sure what your plan can export.
- 2
Load the records in with a test run first
Bring the exported files across in one import. Run a dry run first so nothing is written to the real database yet. The import checks the whole batch together and rolls the lot back if any row fails, so a dry run shows you problems before they touch live records. Only run the real import once the dry run looks right.
- 3
Check what the import flags
Look at what the import reports as missing, unmatched or unclear, such as gaps in treatment history or fields that had no home in the new system. Keep your original AgriWebb exports on hand so you can compare and fix entries by hand where needed. This is the point to reconcile opening numbers before you rely on anything.
- 4
Run both systems side by side
Keep AgriWebb running for a short period while you record the same real work, musters, moves and treatments, in the new system too. Compare totals between the two. This is how you catch anything the import missed or mapped wrong before you are depending on the new records alone.
- 5
Switch off AgriWebb
Once the numbers reconcile and your team is comfortable working from the new records day to day, cancel the AgriWebb subscription. Keep your original exports filed away as a backup of your history, separate from the new database, in case you ever need to check back against them.
Where the real effort goes
The real work is not moving data across, it is deciding how your own paddocks, stock classes, DSE factors and farm rules should look in the new system, and how much AgriWebb history is worth bringing over rather than starting clean. Enterprise DNA does this mapping, checks your exports and reconciles the opening numbers when you have them run the migration for you.

Questions
Instead of AgriWebb, answered
Is this cheaper than staying with AgriWebb? expand_more
The free version has no licence charge. Your agent subscription, hosting and time remain separate. A managed version is priced around the migration, custom work and operation you need. We compare that scope with your actual AgriWebb bill before recommending a switch.
Can I bring my AgriWebb history with me? expand_more
AgriWebb reports export to CSV or Excel with your selected columns and filters. The free importer accepts paddocks, mob snapshots, treatments, weights, individual identifiers and feed entries in its documented format. We check your exports, map other history and reconcile the opening numbers as part of the migration.
Does it submit NLIS transfers or create official declarations? expand_more
The free version prepares working records and highlights missing evidence. Official NLIS transfers and vendor declarations stay in their official channels. We scope any connection and its review process with you. A recorded reference is not an external verification.
Can we use it on a phone in the paddock? expand_more
We can build the phone or web experience your team needs into your custom version. Mapping, offline capture and equipment connections are agreed as part of that work. The free version starts with the farm office records and read-only reports.
What stops a sale going through during a treatment hold? expand_more
The free version checks the entered dates, market, mob count, history review and paperwork before recording a slaughter release. Unknown intervals block it too. It conservatively holds the whole mob after a partial treatment. Your operator still checks the actual label, animal history and destination requirements.
