Instead of Console Cloud

Stop renting Console Cloud. Own your property management system.

We build your version around the way your property managers work their week, bring your Console Cloud landlords, properties and tenancies across, and keep it running for you. The records sit in a database your agency owns.

Reapit does not publish Console Cloud prices. Its pricing page says each plan has a minimum spend, then a charge per extra property, with SMS, direct debit fees, migration, training and Inspect added on.

Reading the invoice

Where a Console Cloud subscription actually goes

Every tenancy, arrears note and inspection result in Console Cloud was keyed in by your own staff. The subscription is the rent on the screens in front of them, and Reapit's own pricing page shows how many separate lines that rent is split into.

paid

A floor, then a fee on every extra door

Accelerate and Premium are priced from a minimum spend, and once your rent roll passes it you pay per additional property managed. The figures are only given on a sales call, so you cannot compare them before you talk to a salesperson.

sms

Metered messages and payments

Reapit's pricing page notes per-SMS charges on outbound texts and transaction fees on direct debit rent collection. The busier the month for arrears reminders and inspection notices, the bigger those lines.

school

Migration and training listed as extras

Migration and setup, e-learning, a five-hour basic training session and an eight-hour in-depth session all appear as add-ons on the pricing page, separate from the subscription itself.

layers

Inspect and Sales Trust listed as add-ons

Reapit PM Inspect and Sales Trust are listed as add-on products. The inspection app you see in the demo and the one on your plan are worth checking line by line.

insights

The analysis is a plan upgrade

Business intelligence, predictive analytics and landlord satisfaction surveys are Premium features. Custom integrations and an external API only arrive at Enterprise. Asking a new question of your own data means moving up a tier.

lock

A product renamed under you

Console Cloud is now Reapit PM, after Gateway before it was retired. Each change of name and platform is a change decided elsewhere, and your portfolio history moves only when the vendor moves it.

What changes

Ask the rent roll a question and get an answer

Arrears

Rent behind, with the notice that is due next

One question in the morning gives every tenancy that is behind, by how much, for how many calendar and working days, which notices have already gone out and which one the law expects next.

  • check The amount owing, days late and the last date rent came in, tenancy by tenancy
  • check Notices already served listed with their dates, so a missing step shows up before a hearing
  • check Calendar days and working days counted separately, as tenancy law does
  • check A letter to the tenant drafted from the rent record, held for a person to read and send

Compliance

Tenancy rules you can read, checked against every property

Each rule is written in plain English with the section of the Act it comes from. The free version ships with New Zealand rules and notes the New South Wales and Victorian equivalents; set your state's numbers once and every check uses them.

  • check Entry notice periods checked before an inspection goes in the diary
  • check Bonds not lodged in time, and bonds above the allowed amount, caught early
  • check Rent increases checked against how often they are allowed
  • check Former tenants' details held longer than they should be, listed for clean-up

Properties

Inspections and repairs grouped by who is holding them up

Routine inspections measured against the cycle you choose. Repairs sorted by whether they wait on a landlord's yes, a tradesperson, or an invoice, not by the date they were logged.

  • check Overdue inspections, and any booked with too little notice
  • check Urgent repairs on top, then jobs a landlord has sat on for over a week, with the landlord named
  • check Work approved but never sent out, and work done but never invoiced
  • check A branded inspection report produced from the room-by-room findings

Yours

Your agency's name on the records and the paperwork

The portfolio lives in a database your agency owns. Landlord summaries and letters come out in your colours, and a new question is something you ask, not a plan you upgrade to.

  • check Monthly landlord summaries and arrears letters on your letterhead from one brand file
  • check Simple read-only pages for this week and the whole portfolio
  • check How far each rent sits under the market figure you hold, and which reviews are open now
  • check No per-property meter: a bigger rent roll is more records, not a bigger software bill

Switching

How to switch from Console Cloud

A move usually means exporting the rent roll, mapping Console Cloud’s columns into the new database, checking the imported records, then running both systems side by side before you switch.

  1. 1

    Request your export

Ask Reapit or Console Cloud what export your account allows, usually CSV or Excel, and whether support needs to enable it. Request the records you need for owners, properties, tenancies and rent history. Photos and stored documents come across separately, so ask how to get those too. The export available to your account will determine what you can bring across.

  2. 2

    Load and test the records

Use the Console Cloud import path to load your export into the new database. Before saving anything, run the test option. It shows what would come across before anything is saved. Adjust the mapping where your fields or labels do not line up.

  3. 3

    Review the import results

Go through the test results and any rows it skipped. Pay particular attention to owners, properties, tenancies and the rent information used to establish each tenancy’s position. Resolve mapping or data issues before saving the import. Do not assume an old record is complete just because it appears in the export.

  4. 4

Run both systems side by side

Keep Console Cloud and the new system running together for a short period. Compare the records and the day-to-day answers your team relies on, including arrears, inspections and maintenance. Keep receipting, landlord payments, bank reconciliation and trust audit work in the trust system you currently use. This gives your team time to check the move before changing its routine.

  5. 5

    Switch off Console Cloud

Once your team has checked the imported records and is ready to work from the new system, arrange to switch off Console Cloud. First confirm where trust accounting will continue, since this replacement does not handle receipts, disbursements, reconciliation or trust audits. Keep a copy of any export and records you still need, including documents handled separately.

Where the real effort goes

The main work is usually mapping Console Cloud’s columns and your agency’s own fields and rules, then deciding how much rent history to bring across. Photos and stored documents need separate handling. The import can show what would come across before it is saved, but you still need to check the results and resolve gaps. Enterprise DNA does the mapping and setup when you have them run it.

Questions

Instead of Console Cloud, answered

Console Cloud runs our trust account. What happens to it? expand_more

Nothing. Receipting, landlord payments, bank reconciliation and the audit stay in Console Cloud or whichever trust system you pick. This version keeps a rent record so it can work out who is behind, but it never holds or moves client money. Plenty of agencies will run the two side by side: trust accounting where the auditor expects it, and the day-to-day work in records they own.

What does Console Cloud cost, and would we save? expand_more

Reapit does not publish a figure. Its pricing page describes a minimum spend for each plan, then a charge for every property past it, with SMS, direct debit fees, migration, training and the Inspect product listed on top. Bring your last invoice to the call and we will go through which lines pay for work you still need and which pay for screens.

Can we get our records out of Console Cloud? expand_more

Ask Reapit what export your account allows; in some Reapit products the export option has to be switched on by their support team first. The free version reads a different system's export layout, so Console Cloud's columns need mapping. That mapping is part of what Enterprise DNA does when we set yours up, or you can ask Claude Code to do it, with a test run that shows what would come across before anything is saved. Photos and stored documents come across separately.

We are in Queensland, not New Zealand. Do the rules fit? expand_more

The rules live in one plain-English file. The free version ships with New Zealand rules and notes New South Wales and Victorian equivalents; for any other state you change the notice periods, bond timing and rent increase limits once, and every check follows. When Enterprise DNA builds your version we set it to your state's Act and your management agreement. It is your rule book, not legal advice.

Our landlords like the owner portal and our tenants use the app. Do we lose those? expand_more

The free version has no portal or tenant app. It gives your team the answers and produces the landlord summaries, inspection reports and letters in your branding to send however you like. If a portal or app matters to your landlords, Enterprise DNA builds one into your version, showing your records under your agency's name.
