Enterprise DNA

Instead of Creatio Sales

Stop renting Creatio Sales. Own your sales system.

Enterprise DNA builds your sales CRM around the way your team qualifies, forecasts and closes, moves your Creatio accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities across, and runs it for you. Nothing is counted per user and nothing renews on a three-year cycle.

Creatio lists its platform at AU$64 (Growth) or AU$120 (Enterprise) per user per month, plus AU$24 per user per month for Sales, with a minimum purchase of AU$16,000 a year and a standard three-year term.

Where the money goes

A Creatio Sales quote stacks two licences, a floor and a long contract

Each person pays for the platform first, AU$768 a year on Growth or AU$1,440 on Enterprise, and then AU$288 a year for the Sales product on top. Creatio will not start a new customer below AU$16,000 a year.

layers

Two licences for one seat

The platform plan and the Sales product are priced separately, so every user carries both: AU$64 or AU$120 a month, then AU$24 more.

groups

Five users before you start

Growth and Enterprise each list a minimum of five users, whether three people sell or ten.

payments

A spending floor

New customers buy at least AU$16,000 a year. A small team pays the floor, not what it uses.

event_repeat

Three years by default

Creatio states the standard contract term is three years.

upgrade

Capacity rationed by plan

Storage, attachment space and the usage credits included per user all step up from Growth to Enterprise, and extra space is paid for on top.

Getting out, list by list

Creatio's own guide exports each section list to Excel with only the columns on screen, needs an export permission, and stops any export running past ten minutes.

What you get instead

The sales work Creatio licenses, done on records you hold

Deals

A pipeline that will not let things slide

The rules a Creatio admin would build in the designer are already in place, written in plain words you can read and change.

  • check No deal exists without a close date, and every stage move is kept with its date
  • check Closing a deal as won needs an amount; closing it as lost needs a reason
  • check One list, worst first: overdue close dates, deals with no next step, big deals resting on a single contact
  • check A first win turns the prospect into a customer by itself

Quota

The quarter, rep by rep, in one answer

Ask how the quarter looks and get each rep's won total, weighted pipeline due inside the quarter, the shortfall in dollars and the days left.

  • check Deals dated after quarter end do not pad the weighted figure
  • check Reps under 60% coverage are named while there is still time
  • check Win rates and cycle lengths worked out from what actually closed
  • check Arithmetic on your own records, not a licensed feature

Leads

Every lead owned, every opt-out honoured

Unassigned leads go to a rep by territory, idle leads are flagged at three days, and a contact who unsubscribed cannot be emailed by mistake.

  • check Routing gives each new lead to the territory rep with the lightest load
  • check Converting a lead opens the account, the contact and the deal together
  • check Logging an email to an opted-out contact is refused under Australia's Spam Act 2003 and New Zealand's UEMA 2007
  • check Opt-outs in your Creatio export can be carried over as the same lock

Ownership

No term, no floor, no seat count

The records sit in a database in your name. Add a field or change a stage by describing it, and print account briefs under your own logo.

  • check Two people or forty use it at the same cost
  • check Questions your Creatio dashboards were never built for, answered from the records
  • check Open source under the MIT licence, nothing to renew
  • check Leave whenever you like: your data never sat anywhere else

Switching

How to switch from Creatio Sales

The move involves exporting your records and mapping Creatio’s columns to the new database.

  1. 1

    Export your Creatio records

Set up a list view for each section in Creatio Sales: Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities. Creatio exports to Excel and includes only the columns visible in each list, so choose the fields you need before exporting. You need permission to export, and exports that take more than ten minutes stop. Export in batches, and check with Creatio Sales if you need help.

  2. 2

    Map and load the records

Have the Creatio Excel exports mapped to the format Enterprise CRM imports, then load the accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities into the database. The columns differ from the import format, so mapping is part of the move. Use a test run first if the import path you use offers one. You can ask Claude Code to map the columns yourself, or Enterprise DNA can handle this if they install and run the CRM for you.

  3. 3

    Review what the import flags

Check whatever the import flags and resolve issues before treating the data as ready. Pay particular attention to fields that did not map, and confirm that accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities are present in the right places. Creatio exports only the columns shown in each list, so check that your list views included the fields your team needs. Keep the original exports until your review is complete.

  4. 4

    Run both side by side

For a short period, keep Creatio Sales and Enterprise CRM in use together. Compare the records and pipeline in both systems, and check that the imported information is usable for your team. Use the overlap to spot missing fields, records or differences in your sales rules before you rely on the new database. Keep Creatio current during this check so you can compare the two systems.

  5. 5

    Switch off Creatio Sales

Once you have checked the new database and your team is ready to work from it, stop entering work in Creatio Sales and cancel at the point that fits your contract. If you are partway through a three-year Creatio term, plan around the renewal date. You can run both systems side by side for the last stretch of the term and cancel at the end.

construction

Where the real effort goes

Most of the effort is mapping your own Creatio columns and sales rules to the new database, then deciding how much history to bring across. Creatio exports only the columns shown in each list, so setting up those views matters too. If Enterprise DNA installs and runs the CRM for you, it handles the mapping and migration work.

Questions

Instead of Creatio Sales, answered

We are partway through a three-year Creatio term. Is it worth talking now? expand_more

Yes. The useful time to plan is well before the renewal date. You can run both side by side for the last stretch of the term and cancel at the end of it.

How do our records get out of Creatio? expand_more

Creatio exports each section list to Excel, with only the columns shown on screen, and stops any export that runs past ten minutes. That means setting up the list views first and exporting in batches. Creatio's columns differ from the format the free version imports, so mapping them is part of what Enterprise DNA does, or you ask Claude Code to map them yourself.

Creatio is no-code. Is this harder to change? expand_more

It is easier. Instead of a designer and an admin, you describe the change: a new field, a renamed stage, a rule that a deal over a set amount needs a second contact. It is made and saved in your own database, and when Enterprise DNA runs it for you, we make those changes.

What does the free version not cover? expand_more

It is a sales CRM: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasts and opt-outs. It does not include Creatio's marketing campaigns, service desk or portals. When Enterprise DNA builds your version, the parts you actually use can be added one at a time.

Do we still pay per user? expand_more

No. Everyone works from the same database under their own name. There is no platform fee, no product fee, no five-user minimum and no yearly floor. Enterprise DNA charges one setup fee, then a monthly retainer.

Find out what the Creatio contract is really buying

You pay a platform licence and a Sales licence for every user, a yearly minimum, and a three-year commitment. Book 30 minutes with Sam. We look at how many people use Creatio each week, which parts of it your team relies on, and when your term ends, then show you what your own version would look like. If it fits, we build it and move your records. If not, take the free version and run it yourself.
