Enterprise DNA

Instead of Freshsales

Stop renting Freshsales. Own your sales system.

Enterprise DNA builds your CRM around how your team prospects, qualifies and closes, brings your Freshsales records across, and keeps it running. No user count on the invoice and no plan to climb for forecasting.

Freshsales lists Growth at US$9, Pro at US$39 and Enterprise at US$59 per user a month, billed annually, with add-ons on top.

Where the money goes

A Freshsales invoice is users times plan, plus extras

The published prices are per user, per month, paid a year up front. On Pro that is US$468 a user each year; on Enterprise, US$708. Multiply by everyone who needs to see a deal.

group_add

Every login is a line item

Each salesperson, manager and admin who opens the CRM is another user on the plan, billed for the year.

layers

Selling tools sit on Pro

Contact scoring, deal insights, territory management and sales sequences start at US$39 a user a month, not on Growth.

insights

Forecasting sits on Enterprise

Forecasting insights, field-level permissions, custom modules and audit logs need the US$59 plan.

description

Branded documents cost extra

Branded documents is an add-on at US$19 per user a month, on whichever plan you are on.

smart_toy

The chat agent is metered

The Freddy AI Agent add-on is sold at US$49 per 100 sessions, after a one-time allowance of 500.

Leaving runs through an admin export

An admin requests the data for a chosen period and it arrives by email as a zip file, with the full history available to export once.

Switching

How to switch from Freshsales

A move usually involves exporting the Freshsales records you need, mapping their columns to the new CRM, then checking the loaded data before you rely on it.

  1. 1

    Request a Freshsales export

Ask an admin to open Admin Settings, then Account, then Export data. Choose the period and select the records you want to bring across: leads, contacts, activities, deals and email logs. Freshsales sends the export as a zip file by email. The full time range can only be exported once, so decide which history you need before requesting it.

  2. 2

    Map your Freshsales fields

The free version expects the Pipedrive CSV layout, so Freshsales columns will not line up automatically. Decide how your fields and sales stages should correspond to the CRM's records. If Claude Code does the mapping, ask it to show the proposed matches before loading. If Enterprise DNA runs the build, it handles this mapping as part of the work.

  3. 3

    Load and review the records

Once the columns are mapped, load the records into the database through the import process being used. If that process offers a test run, do that before loading everything. Review any warnings or fields that could not be matched. Compare a few loaded leads, contacts, deals and activities with the Freshsales export before treating the new database as your working record.

  4. 4

    Run both systems briefly

Keep Freshsales available for a short period while you use the new database for current work. Check that key records and recent activity are present, and compare updates you make in each place. Decide which system is authoritative during the overlap so you can keep track of changes and avoid working from conflicting records.

  5. 5

    Switch off Freshsales

When you have checked the records and are comfortable using the new database, stop entering new work in Freshsales. Make sure everyone on your team knows where to add and update records from then on. End your Freshsales use through the process that applies to your account, after you have confirmed you have brought across the history you need.

construction

Where the real effort goes

The main work is usually deciding how your own Freshsales fields and sales rules map to the new CRM, then choosing how much history to bring across. The export lets you select a period and record types, so make those choices before requesting it. If Enterprise DNA installs and runs the CRM for you, it handles the field mapping as part of the build.

Questions

Instead of Freshsales, answered

How do I get my records out of Freshsales? expand_more

An admin requests an export from the account settings, picks the period and the record types, and Freshsales emails a zip file. The free version reads a different export layout, so the columns need mapping: Enterprise DNA does that as part of the build, or you ask Claude Code to do it.

We are on Growth at US$9 a user. Is this worth it? expand_more

If Growth covers everything you need, maybe not yet. Owners talk to us when they need scoring, sequences or forecasting and the next step is US$39 or US$59 a user a month.

Does the whole team need a seat? expand_more

No. Everyone works from the same shared database and there is no charge per person.

What about the chat agent and branded documents? expand_more

Those are paid add-ons in Freshsales. In your own version, the follow-ups are drafted for you to send.

Who looks after it when something breaks? expand_more

On the free version, you do. On the version Enterprise DNA builds, we install it, keep it running and change it as your sales process changes.

Keep your pipeline, drop the per-user plan

Book 30 minutes with Sam. Bring your Freshsales plan and user count, and we will walk through what your team really uses and what your own version would look like. If it fits, we build it. If not, the free version is yours to run.
