What the subscription covers
The bill follows the order volume
Goflow packages a broad commerce platform. Compare the work you use with the system you want to own. Its published Thriving price is US$2,249 per month.
Monthly order capacity
Subscription pricing follows order volumes. Higher usage attracts overages.
Seller and channel orders
Channel-fulfilled orders count at half the weight of regular retail orders.
Wholesale connections
Integrated wholesale orders have a separate allowance. Connection setup can add a fee.
Access across the team
Paid subscriptions include unlimited stores, users and listings.
A bundled platform
Orders, returns, inventory and reporting sit inside the paid platform.
A continuing subscription
Paid plans other than Enterprise are month-to-month. Enterprise has an annual commitment.

Switching
How to switch from Goflow
A clean, reviewed order export can be imported quickly, but the move also involves mapping your fields and reconciling shipment and return history before you retire Goflow.
- 1
Export your order lines
In Goflow, choose a configurable, custom line-level order export and include the order history you want to carry over. Goflow documents this export path. Map its column headings to Order Desk fields, and decide how much history to bring before you begin. Shipment evidence and return history need separate reconciliation, so do not assume they are included in the order-line export.
- 2
Test, then load the records
Use the import's test-run option first to check how the file maps and what it would accept. Correct the headings or source records as needed, then run the import for real. New imported orders start on hold, and identical source records are skipped if you import them again. A successful order import does not bring across delivery evidence or return history.
- 3
Review errors and held orders
Review any import errors and records flagged for reconciliation before you rely on the imported data. Changed or incomplete versions of an existing order fail for reconciliation. Existing shipped quantities are opening balances, not delivery records. Resolve that shipment history before releasing an order from its hold, and check that the imported records match the source export.
- 4
Run both systems briefly
Keep Goflow available while you compare open order work and reconcile separate shipment evidence and return history. Check any marketplace or carrier connections your operation relies on, since these need separate implementation work. Use the overlap to confirm that the records and next actions you need are accounted for in the new process before staff stop working in Goflow.
- 5
Switch off Goflow
Stop using Goflow for the work you have moved only after you have checked open orders, shipment evidence, return history and required connections. If your account includes marketplace connections or warehouse functions, make sure they have an agreed replacement or are no longer needed. These are separate implementation work, not part of the base merchant order desk.
Where the real effort goes
Most of the effort is usually mapping your own fields and operating rules, then deciding how much history to bring and reconciling shipment evidence and return history. Channel connections may need separate implementation work too. Enterprise DNA handles the mapping when they install and run your custom version, with scope agreed and tested before the work switches over.

Questions
Instead of Goflow, answered
Can this take over our whole Goflow account? expand_more
The free version covers the merchant order desk: orders, partial shipments, delivery evidence, returns and follow-ups. We build the marketplace connections, carrier services and staff screens your installed version needs. We agree and test that scope before switching the work over.
Can we bring our order history across? expand_more
Yes. Goflow supports a configurable order-line export. The free version imports a mapped copy after a test run, holds new orders for checking and skips identical records on repeat imports. Shipment evidence, return history and other records need separate reconciliation. We handle that mapping in your custom version.
Does it send messages or issue refunds? expand_more
The free version writes internal drafts and records decisions. It does not send messages or move money. A refund request remains work for the person handling finance. Your installed version can connect approved workflows with the checks you agree.
Will the records prove that we comply with the rules? expand_more
The free version flags missing evidence and dates against documented NZ record-keeping rules and your recorded promises. It does not certify compliance or decide a customer remedy. We configure the rules, access and review process for your business and location.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA? expand_more
One setup fee, then a retainer. Sam scopes the work around your channels, records, connections and who will operate the result. The free version is available to run yourself. The database and the system built for you remain yours.
