Where the money goes
The Enterprise tier charges for seats, an onboarding project and the features held back below it
HubSpot's pricing page starts Sales Hub Enterprise at US$150 per Sales Seat a month, which is US$1,800 a seat over a year, and you reach it through a sales call.
Each rep is a Sales Seat
Anyone who works deals needs a paid seat at the Enterprise rate. Free view-only seats can look, but cannot run the pipeline.
Onboarding you must buy
HubSpot calls the US$3,500 Enterprise Onboarding required and one-time, and it sits outside the seat price shown.
The top of a ladder
Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise.
A sales call to see the price
Enterprise has no buy button. The figure on the page is where it starts; your quote comes from a HubSpot rep.
Credits as another meter
Enterprise comes with an allowance of HubSpot Credits for its automated features, and HubSpot sells more credits when you use them up.
Activity that stays behind
Companies, contacts and deals export as spreadsheet files. For a contact's calls and notes, HubSpot points you to activity reports or its developer interface.

Forecast
Each rep's quarter, without a tier upgrade
Ask how the quarter looks and you see won, weighted pipeline closing this quarter, the gap to quota and the days left, for every rep on one page.
- check Weighted figures count only deals due inside the quarter, so a slipping deal stops inflating the number
- check Coverage under 60% of quota is flagged while there is still time to act
- check Win rates and cycle times worked out from what actually happened
- check Best case and committed shown side by side
Deal hygiene
Rules a rep cannot skip
The checks are written into the system itself, and anyone can read them.
- check No deal without a close date, and every stage move is kept in its history
- check A won deal needs an amount and a lost deal needs a reason
- check One list of overdue close dates, deals with no next step and big deals relying on a single contact
- check Stalled deals are named, with how long each has sat there
Leads and consent
Routing and opt-outs handled for you
New leads are shared out by territory, leads nobody has touched in three days are counted, and an unsubscribed contact cannot be emailed.
- check Leads go to the rep with the fewest open in that territory
- check Converting a lead creates the account, contact and deal together
- check Email to an opted-out contact is refused, citing Australia's Spam Act 2003 and New Zealand's UEMA 2007
- check Your HubSpot unsubscribes can come across as the same hard stop
Yours
Your fields, your stages, no seat count
Describe a change and it is made: a new field, a renamed stage, a rule your team works by. Account briefs and forecast one-pagers print with your logo.

- check Ask questions the Enterprise dashboards were never set up for
- check Open source under the MIT licence, nothing to renew

Switching
How to switch from HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise
The move is mostly exporting your records, mapping HubSpot's fields onto the new database, and checking the result before you turn the old system off.
- 1
Export your records from HubSpot
From the All view for each object, export contacts, companies and deals as CSV or XLSX, with associations turned on if the account allows it. For contact calls and notes, HubSpot's help centre points to activity reports or the developer API, so pull them separately if you want that history to carry across.
- 2
Load the export, with a test run first
Enterprise CRM for Claude Code is built to read Salesforce exports natively, and HubSpot uses different column names, so this step is a mapping job rather than a straight drop-in. Claude Code can map HubSpot's columns for you, or Enterprise DNA maps and checks them when they build your version. Either way, run the load as a trial first so nothing is written until the mapping looks right.
- 3
Check what the import flags
A real load reports back on itself, including how many opted-out contacts it found and locked. Read that report before you trust the new database. An opted-out contact that does not carry across correctly is a compliance problem, not a technical one, so this check matters more than it looks.
- 4
Run both systems side by side briefly
Keep HubSpot live for a short stretch while reps work out of the new system, so you can compare a deal, an account or a forecast number against what HubSpot still shows. This is where mapping mistakes surface, a wrong stage name or a missed field, while you still have the original to check against.
- 5
Switch off HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise
Once the numbers match and reps are comfortable working from the new system, cancel the HubSpot seats. Keep a final export of everything, including the activity history pulled separately, somewhere safe in case you need to refer back to it later.
Where the real effort goes
The real work is rarely the export itself. It is mapping HubSpot's own field names and stage setup onto the new system correctly, and deciding how much call, note and email history is worth pulling out through activity reports or the API rather than left behind. Enterprise DNA does this mapping and the history work when they install and run it for you.

Questions
Instead of HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise, answered
We moved up to Enterprise for the forecasting. Does this do that? expand_more
Yes. It shows every rep's quarter against quota: won, weighted pipeline due this quarter, the gap and the coverage. It is worked out from your own deals, so there is no tier to unlock.
Will a HubSpot export load straight in? expand_more
Not as it comes. The free version reads Salesforce exports out of the box, and HubSpot uses different column names. Claude Code can map the columns for you, or Enterprise DNA maps and checks them when we build your version.
What about our calls, notes and email history? expand_more
HubSpot's help centre says to export contact activities such as calls and notes, you use activity reports or HubSpot's developer interface. Pulling them out in full is part of what Enterprise DNA does when we move you across.
HubSpot also runs our sequences and marketing emails. What happens to those? expand_more
The free version does not do marketing automation today; it finds who needs contact. When Enterprise DNA builds your version, your email is connected and that can be added.
Do our reps need to learn a new tool? expand_more
They ask questions in plain English and get short lists back. If they would rather click, Enterprise DNA adds screens or a phone app to your version.
Keep the pipeline, drop the seats
30 minutes with Sam. We go through what HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise costs you, which features the team really uses, and what your own version would look like. If it fits, we build it and move your records across before your renewal. If not, the free version is yours to run.
