Instead of Isolocity
Stop renting Isolocity. Own your quality records.
We build your version around the way your quality team works, map your Isolocity exports and run the agreed system for you. Start with your actions, evidence and review dates.
Isolocity lists full users at $220 a month on an annual contract. The page does not specify a currency. Compare your actual seat mix and quote.

What the subscription covers
Count the people who need full access
Isolocity prices access by user type. Its full suite includes more than these quality records, so start with the work your business actually needs to move.
Full-user access
The listed annual-contract rate is $220 per full user per month. Administrators, managers and full users can work across the suite.
The monthly commitment
The vendor lists $270 per full user per month for a monthly contract. Check the terms on your own renewal.
Production access
Production seats are listed at $39 per month, with a narrower set of operational permissions.
Basic users are free
Isolocity includes unlimited basic users with limited access. Count who needs paid access before comparing a replacement.
Quality records inside a larger suite
Your decision starts with corrective actions, inspections, documents and training. List which other parts of the suite your team depends on.
Enterprise terms
Enterprise is quoted privately. Bring your agreement so we can compare the scope, support and integrations you already have.

Questions
Instead of Isolocity, answered
Does this replace a validated quality system? expand_more
The free version is for general manufacturing quality administration. It does not supply validated electronic signatures, regulated product release or certification. If your business relies on a validated system for pharmaceutical or medical-device work, this is not a replacement for it.
Will our Isolocity history come across? expand_more
Isolocity documents exports, including a document list and an archive of records. We map your actual column headings, test the import and reconcile the counts and relationships with you. The free version handles mapped quality records. Attachments, old versions, permissions and source audit history need a separate migration plan.
What happens if the export is wrong or we load it twice? expand_more
A test run saves nothing. An identical repeat adds nothing. A changed existing record, invalid date or missing reference stops the file so it can be checked. Original imported values are retained with the mapping, including fields not yet used in your working records.
Can our team keep its forms and approval process? expand_more
Enterprise DNA builds your forms, access controls, document storage and review steps into the agreed version. The free version starts with a trusted operator and printable records. Your quality lead still decides whether evidence is adequate and whether an action is complete.
What will Enterprise DNA charge? expand_more
A setup fee for the agreed build and migration, then a retainer to run and improve it. Bring your Isolocity quote and a sample export. We will scope the records, people and workflows your business needs before agreeing the work.
Bring the quality review and the software invoice
Book 30 minutes with Sam. Bring your Isolocity renewal, a sample export and the report your quality manager prepares each week. We will map what your version needs to do.
