Your Member Jungle bill
Member bands, package choices and fees around your records
Annual-billing equivalents: Essentials A$109, Standard A$199, Premium A$369 and Ultimate A$799 per month, excluding GST. Compare your actual package and member services before switching.
Member capacity
Essentials includes 250 members. Ultimate includes 15,000. Your subscription follows the package and member band.
The Plus choice
Ultimate Plus removes Member Jungle service fees at a higher subscription. Payment-provider charges are separate.
Learning records
CPD categories, member logs and audit reports are part of the vendor offering. Your version makes their review rules yours.
Website and member access
A website and mobile app are bundled services. We scope the access your members need when building your version.
Event administration
Bookings and attendance sit alongside membership. Your version connects event participation to the next renewal conversation.
Moving the history
Member demographics and form data have separate exports. We agree which history matters and check it after the move.

Ten questions your version answers today
These answers come from the working demo. Member Jungle also offers reports. Your version lets you change the questions and rules around your own records.
Switching
How to switch from Member Jungle
A move usually involves exporting member records, mapping the fields and history you need, checking the imported data, then running both systems side by side before retiring Member Jungle.
- 1
Export your member records
Use Member Jungle’s member-data export path to get the demographics and membership fields you need. The material does not specify which export formats your account offers, so export what it allows, usually CSV or Excel, and check with Member Jungle if you are unsure. Event history, CPD records, invoices, gifts, family links and attachments need separate mapping, so decide which of those you want to bring too.
- 2
Load a test copy first
If the import process offers a test run, use it before loading your full export. Otherwise, test with a copy of the export. Load real records into a clean database, not alongside demo records. The member import brings demographics and membership fields, with column mapping when your export labels differ and the date order set to match your data. Do not assume separate histories came across with member records.
- 3
Review the import flags
Check the import report for flagged items and mismatched columns. Confirm that the fields have been mapped correctly and that dates are interpreted in the right order. Compare the imported member records with your export, including member counts, membership details and expiry dates. Resolve any issues before relying on the new database. Keep in mind that importing a member does not establish evidence of joining consent.
- 4
Run both systems side by side
Keep Member Jungle available while you check the new records against it for a short period. Compare member counts, expiry dates, dues and learning evidence, and run a renewal and event review with your committee. Check any separately mapped history you need, such as CPD or event records. This gives you a chance to spot gaps before the new version becomes your working system.
- 5
Switch off Member Jungle
Before cancelling Member Jungle, confirm that the required workflows work in your custom version. Check member access, payment services and communications if your association needs them, and agree that the new system has the records and history you intend to keep. Once your committee is satisfied with the checks, retire the old system and follow Member Jungle’s cancellation process.
Where the real effort goes
The main work is usually mapping your own fields and rules, then deciding how much history to bring. Member demographics and membership fields come through the member import, while event history, CPD, invoices, gifts, family links and attachments need separate mapping. If you have Enterprise DNA install and run your version, Enterprise DNA handles that mapping work with you.

Questions
Instead of Member Jungle, answered
Does this replace our member app and website too? expand_more
The free version handles administration and read-only reports. Enterprise DNA builds the member portal, mobile access and website connections your members need into your custom version. Agree that scope before switching.
What comes across from Member Jungle? expand_more
The free import brings member demographics and membership fields supplied in your export. We check column names before the move. Event history, CPD records, family links, payments and attachments need separate mapping. We handle that work in your custom version.
Does this certify our members or our association? expand_more
No. Learning targets and review rules belong to your association. The free version flags missing evidence and counts approved hours. Its New Zealand society checks cover selected records, with Australian rules configured for your jurisdiction.
Are we paying another subscription for the free version? expand_more
The software is free under an open-source licence. Hosting and the service you use to work with it have their own costs. Enterprise DNA charges a setup fee for your version and a retainer to run it.
What should we check before cancelling Member Jungle? expand_more
Compare member counts, expiry dates, dues and learning evidence. Run a renewal and an event review with your committee. Confirm that required member access, payment services and communications work in your custom version before retiring the old system.
