Pabau shows no price on any plan. Every tier from Solo to Enterprise is quoted after a demo call, priced by how many people log in and how many clinics you run, with four add-ons billed separately on top.

How the bill is built
A price that grows with every injector
Pabau prices in user bands, one, two to three, four to five, six to fifteen. Take on a second nurse injector or a receptionist and your whole plan moves up a band, whether or not you asked for it.
The price again for every clinic
Plans apply per location, except the top tier. Open a second treatment room across town and Pabau quotes you again for it, as though you were starting a new account.
A demo call before you see a number
No plan on the pricing page shows a figure. You have to book a demo before you learn what you would pay, and the quote depends on where you are and how many people you have.
Four add-ons on top
Marketing Plus, Care Plus, Insights Plus and Engage Plus are each quoted separately from your base plan, and Engage Plus bills its messages and call minutes as credits on top of that.
A year of Pabau
A yearly figure Pabau will not publish
Pabau's pricing page names no figure for any tier, so there is no public yearly total to quote. What is public is what drives it up: every injector or receptionist you add moves you up a user band, every second clinic is quoted again, and each add-on, Marketing Plus, Care Plus, Insights Plus and Engage Plus, is billed separately on top, with Engage Plus adding usage credits.

Pabau's plans move up in bands of one, two to three, four to five, six to fifteen users. Grow your team and you are pushed into a higher band, whether you wanted the new plan or not.
Your own consent forms held one by one
Client lists export as reports, but medical and consent forms have no bulk export, they come off one at a time from each client card. That is a large part of why clinics stay and keep paying.

Every tier from Solo to Enterprise, and all four add-ons, are quoted only after you book a demo call. There is no public number to compare against, so you cannot see whether a quote is high or low until you have already spoken to sales.
Does the price change if we open a second clinic location? expand_more
Yes. Pabau's plans apply per location, apart from its top Enterprise tier. Opening a second treatment room means being quoted again for that site, on top of whatever you already pay for your first clinic.
What do the Pabau add-ons cost on top of the base plan? expand_more
Marketing Plus, Care Plus, Insights Plus and Engage Plus are each quoted separately from your main plan. Engage Plus also bills messages and call minutes as usage credits, so its running cost can move month to month.
