How the bill is built
Annual platform bill
Pimberly lists an annual price for each plan and says payment is annually in advance. Your plan choice sets the published platform charge: Regular is US$36,000 a year, Pro is US$60,000 and Corporate is US$90,000.
Product capacity
The plans include different product identifier limits. Regular lists 50,000, Pro lists 100,000 and Corporate lists 250,000. Your catalogue size is one part of choosing the package.
Users in each package
Pimberly lists 20 users for Regular, 50 for Pro and 100 for Corporate. These are user allowances within each package. The published pricing does not give a separate per-seat price.
Channels and support
Pimberly lists unlimited import and export channels, digital asset management and plan-specific storage. Its listed support includes online help, phone support and a technical account manager. These are among the services bundled with the platform.

What you are really paying for
Records and media management
Pimberly combines product information with digital asset management. Its plans also include storage for media. The platform bill therefore covers both product records and a media system, rather than product information alone.
Capacity and access
Each plan lists a different product identifier limit and user allowance. Regular lists 50,000 identifiers and 20 users, while Corporate lists 250,000 identifiers and 100 users. The plan you choose bundles those limits into its annual price.
Channels and support
The plans list unlimited import and export channels, plus support that includes online help, phone support and a technical account manager. These are part of the platform package, alongside its product and media capabilities.
