Instead of Re-Leased
Stop renting Re-Leased. Own your commercial property system.
We build your version around your portfolio, map your Re-Leased records and run the agreed workflows for you. Your owners, lease terms and reporting requirements shape the system.
Re-Leased quotes Core, Pro and Enterprise privately. Compare your actual renewal quote with a system built for your portfolio.

What the subscription covers
A property platform, packaged in plans
Re-Leased includes unlimited users in Core. The comparison is about the package and ownership, rather than a price per employee. Its New Zealand pricing page requests a quote for every plan.
Property and lease administration
Core covers property and lease management. Your tenancy dates and rent terms sit inside that subscribed platform.
Arrears and outgoing budgets
Core includes arrears automation and outgoing budgets. Decide which parts of the process your own version should perform.
Reporting by plan
Core lists five saved custom reports. Pro lists one hundred, plus operational and strategic insight dashboards.
Approvals and access roles
Pro lists multi-step approval workflows and custom user access roles. Those controls belong in the scope when we build for your team.
Manager and landlord apps
Pro includes property manager and landlord apps. We scope the screens your managers and owners need in your version.
Connections and extras
The pricing page lists additional connection options. Bring your actual package and renewal quote to the comparison.

Ten questions across your property records
These questions run against the free demo today. Re-Leased also supports custom reports. Here, you own the records and can change the questions and rules together.
Switching
How to switch from Re-Leased
A move involves exporting the records you need, mapping them into the new database, checking the results and running both systems side by side before you switch.
- 1
Export the records you need
Start with a tenancy schedule, which the new system can import after you map your properties and units. Export what your Re-Leased account allows, usually as CSV or Excel, and check with Re-Leased about the available options. If you want to bring across invoices, documents, trust balances or communications, plan separate exports and mappings for those records. Keep the original exports private.
- 2
Load a test import
Set up and map your properties and units first. Then run a test import of the tenancy schedule before loading it for real. The test shows what the import would bring in without applying the changes. Check the mapped fields and dates against your Re-Leased records. When the results look right, run the import. Imported leases stay proposed until you verify them.
- 3
Review flagged records
Check the import results against the source export and review anything flagged for attention. Verify lease dates, status and signed evidence before treating a proposed lease as current. Reconcile duplicate or changed records rather than assuming the import has resolved them. If you are bringing in invoices, documents, trust balances or communications, check those separately against their source records because they are not part of the tenancy schedule import.
- 4
Run both systems side by side
Keep Re-Leased running while you check the new records against your day-to-day work. Compare leases, renewal dates, rent reviews, outgoings and maintenance, and keep your existing accounting process running during migration. Use this period to identify missing fields, rules or records and resolve them before you rely on the new database. Do not switch off Re-Leased until you have completed those checks.
- 5
Switch off Re-Leased
Once you have reconciled the records you chose to bring and confirmed the workflows you need, move your team to the new system. Keep in mind that it does not reproduce Re-Leased's trust accounting, bank feeds, payments, automatic invoice generation, document storage or mobile portals. If you still need those functions, keep the relevant process or connection in place rather than assuming the move replaces it.
Where the real effort goes
The real work is usually mapping your own fields and rules, then deciding which history to bring and reconciling it. The tenancy schedule import does not transfer a whole account. Invoices, documents, trust balances and communications need separate exports and mapping. When Enterprise DNA runs the system for you, it handles this mapping and works through the migration scope with you.

Questions
Instead of Re-Leased, answered
Will this replace every part of Re-Leased on day one? expand_more
The free version covers property operations: leases, reviews, recorded balances, outgoings and maintenance. We scope the accounting connections, owner access and mobile screens your business needs, then build and validate those in your version. Keep your existing accounting process running during migration.
Can you bring our Re-Leased history across? expand_more
Yes, with a defined migration scope. The free import takes a configured tenancy schedule after properties and units are mapped. It retains source records and creates proposed leases for checking. Invoices, documents, trust balances and communications need separate exports and mapping. We reconcile those with you before switching.
What does it cost compared with Re-Leased? expand_more
Re-Leased asks for a private quote for Core, Pro and Enterprise. Bring your actual bill so the comparison reflects your portfolio. The free code has no licence fee, while hosting and operation still cost money. Enterprise DNA charges a setup fee and then a retainer for the managed version.
Can it handle our lease obligations and building checks? expand_more
It records the dates and evidence you supply. The base flags NZ building warrant gaps and NSW retail disclosure timing for records marked in scope, plus contractual insurance and lease evidence gaps. We adapt the checks to your verified obligations. Documents remain drafts until a person checks and approves them.
Why change if Re-Leased already has custom reports? expand_more
Re-Leased does offer custom reporting. The reason to choose this approach is ownership: you control the records, operating rules and future changes. We review the jobs your team actually does and build a version around those, including the connections and screens you decide to keep.
