How the bill is built
Per-user plans
Synergy sizes its plans per user, so the number of architects, engineers and technicians who log time affects the bill. Each person filling in a timesheet counts as a user, making headcount a direct pricing factor.
Enterprise features
Resource planning, revenue forecasts by stage and custom dashboards are listed as Enterprise features, above the Business plan. The plans are quoted privately, so you need a quote to see the cost of that higher tier.
Separate add-ons
Analytics Plus and the Premium API are separate add-ons. PIM, HR and CRM are also listed as add-ons, covering project information and email filing, staff leave and skills, and client leads.
Migration and setup
