Your Wild Apricot bill
A contact-based subscription around your membership work
Wild Apricot prices by contact count. At the published monthly rates, 500 contacts costs US$1,848 a year and 50,000 costs US$11,904. Your version starts with the records and routines your association needs.
The size of your contact list
The pricing selector counts contacts. Members and other contacts share the account, so the plan you choose follows the size of that list.
Membership administration
Member profiles, membership levels and renewal dates sit behind the subscription. In your version, those records stay in your own database.
Event registration
Wild Apricot includes event management. Your version can start with registration lists, capacity checks, waiting lists and attendance rolls.
A member website
Website building is part of the Wild Apricot package. Enterprise DNA builds the joining pages and member experience you want around your own records.
Member communication
Email and communication are part of the package. Your version prepares renewal and event drafts from current records, ready for your team to review.
Dues and payment records
Wild Apricot includes payment features. The free version records invoices and receipts already received. Enterprise DNA connects your chosen payment provider when building your version.

Switching
How to switch from Wild Apricot
The move itself is a straightforward export and import, but the real work is deciding which history you bring across and checking it landed correctly.
- 1
Export your members and contacts
In Wild Apricot, export your member and contact records as a file, usually CSV or Excel depending on what your account allows. This is the core list: names, levels, status and renewal dates. Event histories, invoices, gifts, bundles and attachments are separate exports and need their own mapping, so pull those too if you want them carried across.
- 2
Load it as a test run first
Before touching real records, run the import as a trial. It reads your file, keeps your original columns and works out dates and levels from what you gave it. This test run shows you what will land cleanly and what will not, without committing anything, so you can fix problems in the source file before the real import.
- 3
Check what the import flags
Once you run the real import, go through what it flagged. Duplicate entries, unclear names and dates it could not read with confidence get called out rather than guessed at. Review each one and decide how to resolve it. Note that importing a member on its own is not evidence they gave joining consent, so check that separately if it matters to your association.
- 4
Run both side by side
Keep Wild Apricot live for a short stretch while you check the new records against it. Compare renewals due, event numbers and dues owed on both sides. This is where you catch anything that did not map the way you expected, before you rely on the new system for the answers your committee needs.
- 5
Turn off Wild Apricot
Once renewals, levels and dues match up and you trust what came across, stop paying for Wild Apricot. Keep your original export file somewhere safe as a record of what you started with, in case you need to check back against it later.
Where the real effort goes
The export and import themselves are quick. The work is in your own fields and rules: how your membership levels, event histories, invoices and past donations should map into the new records, and how much history you actually want to bring rather than leave behind. Enterprise DNA does this mapping work for you when they install and run it on your behalf.

Questions
Instead of Wild Apricot, answered
Can we bring our Wild Apricot members with us? expand_more
Yes. Wild Apricot lets administrators export members and contacts as CSV. The free version brings across names, levels, status and renewal dates, and preserves the original columns. Do a test run first. We map separate event, invoice and donation exports as part of building your version.
What happens to our member website and online joining? expand_more
Enterprise DNA builds your member website, joining forms and self-service experience around your records. Bring the parts your members use today to the scoping call so they are included in your version.
Does it take payments or send renewal emails? expand_more
The free version records receipts already received and prepares drafts for review. We connect your payment provider and approved communication process when building your version. Payment authority and delivery rules are agreed with your team.
Will it handle our society or association rules? expand_more
The base checks selected NZ society evidence records and the notice periods and deadlines you record. Australian obligations need your applicable local rules. We configure your constitution, evidence references and review process with you. A record check is not legal certification.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA? expand_more
The open-source version is free. Hosting and assistant usage have their own costs. For a version built and operated for you, we scope a setup fee and ongoing retainer around your migration, member experience and support needs.
