How the bill is built
A seat for every counsellor
Every paid plan is priced per user. Premium is listed at A$30 per user per month billed monthly, so each counsellor, admissions officer or visa adviser you add is another seat, another A$360 a year.
Money features held for the top plan
Commission invoicing, payment scheduling, sales forecasts and invoice reports sit on Premium only. Professional, at A$14 a user, covers the pipeline but leaves the commission side of the business out.
Shared storage and email caps
Paid plans share one allowance of 50GB of storage and 2,000 emails in and 2,000 out each month across the whole company. Once you outgrow it, more storage or email is an upgrade.
Setup sold as an extra
A dedicated setup service is sold separately from the plan price. Once it is done, your stages and workflows live inside Agentcis, not in a database you control yourself.
A year of Agentcis
What a Premium team actually costs a year
Agentcis puts it plainly: A$360 a year for every counsellor on Premium billed monthly. Ten counsellors on Premium comes to A$3,600 a year, before the setup service and before anyone new joins the team. Add a counsellor mid-year and the bill grows with them, for as long as the agency uses the tool.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A seat for every person who touches it
The price is per user on every paid plan. Bringing on a new counsellor, admissions officer or visa adviser is not a training cost, it is another A$30 or A$14 a month added to the bill.
The money side held back for Premium
Commission invoicing, payment scheduling, the client portal and office check-in sit on Premium only. Agencies on Professional are paying to track students without the tools to track what each institution owes them.
Access to your own records for 12 months only
The Agentcis terms say client, partner and product lists are provided by its support team on request, and only for 12 months after the account ends. That is a limited window on records your agency built.
The owned alternative
Your records, your database, no per-seat plan
Enterprise DNA builds an Education Agency for Claude Code version around how your agency actually works, brings your Agentcis data across, and runs it for you. You pay one setup fee, then a monthly retainer, with no charge per counsellor added later. An owner who wants to run it themselves can use the free version instead, on the same database of students, applications, institutions, courses, offers and commission claims.
Education Agency for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
Agentcis pricing, answered
How does the Agentcis bill change as our team grows? expand_more
Every paid plan is priced per user, so each counsellor, admissions officer or visa adviser is another seat. On Premium billed monthly that is A$30 a month, or A$360 a year, for each person you add. There is no flat fee that stays the same as the team grows.
What do we lose by staying on the cheaper Professional plan? expand_more
Professional, at A$14 per user a month, leaves out commission invoicing, payment scheduling, sales forecasts and invoice reports, along with the client portal, agent portal and office check-in. Those sit on Premium only, at A$30 a month per user, so tracking what institutions owe you costs more.
If we stop paying, can we still get our student and commission records back? expand_more
The Agentcis sign-in terms say client, partner and product lists are provided by support on request, and only for 12 months after the account ends. After that window, there is no stated right to your own records, which is why asking before you cancel matters.
