What CargoWise charges
CargoWise charges a fee for each shipment, with different rates for imports, exports, full containers, less than container load and air. The bill can also include USD 2,500 a month for read-only cloud access, so your shipment volume and mix affect the total.

How the bill is built
Fees on imports
The published list price is USD 19.95 for each full container import shipment and USD 13.30 for each less than container load or air import. Each qualifying shipment adds its fee to your bill.
Fees on exports
The published list price is USD 12.75 for each full container export and USD 8.35 for each less than container load or air export. Cross trade and co-load jobs carry their own fee.
Read-only cloud access
Read-only cloud access is listed at USD 2,500 a month. That charge is for people to view records you already own, and sits alongside the fees charged for each shipment.
Costs rise with volume
Because charges apply per shipment, a busier month can mean a higher software bill as well as more work for your team. Your total depends on the number and type of shipments you handle.

The bill is tied to the movement of each shipment, with rates that differ by shipment type and direction. The forwarding system holds jobs, containers, milestones, costs and revenue, while the shipment fee adds a charge each time you move work through it.
Access to view records
CargoWise lists read-only cloud access as a separate monthly charge. That means you pay USD 2,500 a month for people to view records you already own, in addition to per-shipment charges.
A bill linked to volume
Your software bill changes with the number and mix of shipments you handle. More shipments mean more per-shipment fees, and imports, exports, full containers, less than container load and air shipments do not all have the same listed rate.
