Instead of Coreplus
Stop renting Coreplus. Own your group practice system.
We build your version around how your practice allocates clients and pays its practitioners, bring your Coreplus records across and run it for you.
Coreplus lists CORE at A$35 and PLUS at A$49 per user per month, excluding GST. GROUP is quoted for practices with eight or more practitioners, and text reminders are charged per message.

The Coreplus bill
A per-user subscription that grows with every practitioner you add
Coreplus charges for each user every month, then for messages and add-ons. List prices checked 7 October 2026. These are the parts of the bill that sit on top of records your practice creates.
Every practitioner, every month
CORE is A$35 and PLUS is A$49 per user per month. On PLUS that is A$588 a year for each practitioner, before GST.
Group pricing by quote
Practices with eight or more practitioners move to GROUP, which has no public price. You negotiate the rate rather than see it.
Reminders by the message
Text reminders cost A$0.15 each on CORE and A$0.10 each on PLUS. A busy practice pays for every confirmation it sends.
Add-ons per user
The HSP add-on is A$5 per user. Claiming through Medicare and DVA sits on the PLUS plan and above.
The appointment book
The calendar holds who is booked with which practitioner, in which room, and whether they came.
The client file
Case notes, letters and invoices attached to each client. They are your practice's records, held in someone else's system.
Your practice, your rules
Run the group practice week from one list
New clients
Allocate new clients to the right person
Keep every new enquiry visible until someone owns it. Match it to a practitioner with the right discipline and free time next week.
- check See who has waited longest and who is a priority
- check Check free sessions next week against each practitioner's weekly capacity
- check Respect who is not taking new clients unless you agree an exception
- check See which rooms are busy and which sit empty
Practitioner pay
Know what each practitioner is owed
Each receipt splits between the practitioner and the practice at their agreed rate. Payouts lock the receipts they cover, so nothing is paid twice.
- check Show each practitioner's share of fees received since their last payout
- check Record the payout and produce a remittance statement in your brand
- check Keep the rate used on each receipt, even after a rate changes
- check Decide late-cancellation and no-show fees, or waive them with a reason
Better Access
Catch the course limit before the booking
Count booked and attended sessions against each referral, and against the ten individual sessions a year, including those seen elsewhere.
- check List clients who need a GP review before their next funded session
- check Refuse a funded booking the course or the year cannot cover
- check List finished courses still owing a report to the referrer
- check Draft that report with the clinical sections left for the practitioner
The practice record
Keep the clinical record and the team in order
Notes lock once finalised and corrections are dated. Registration dates and CPD hours sit beside the caseload.
- check Find completed sessions with no finalised note, by practitioner
- check Track CPD and peer consultation hours against the Board's 30 a year
- check Flag registration review dates that have passed
- check Record outcome scores without any automated interpretation

Bringing your history
How to switch from Coreplus
Take a full backup, match the columns, check the totals against Coreplus, then move.
- 1
Request the data backup
A supervisor runs the data backup in Coreplus settings. It arrives as spreadsheet files in a locked archive, and the password comes by text. It can take a day to prepare and is only downloadable for 24 hours.
- 2
Match the columns and preview
Bring clients across first. Match appointment statuses, practitioner names, local times and amounts, then run a test import that changes nothing.
- 3
Re-enter courses and splits
Enter each open referral from the signed referral, the sessions the client had elsewhere this year, and each practitioner's agreed share.
- 4
Check and cut over
Compare client numbers, the debtors total, next week's diary and what each practitioner expects to be paid. The owner signs off before bookings stop in Coreplus.

Questions
Instead of Coreplus, answered
Coreplus is not that expensive. Why switch? expand_more
For many practices the subscription is not the reason. The reason is a system that follows how your practice allocates clients, splits fees and runs its week, with records you hold. Compare the full Coreplus bill with hosting and the work you want us to take on before deciding.
Can it claim from Medicare and DVA? expand_more
The free version records fees, receipts and referral courses, and checks the Better Access limits. It does not lodge claims. Enterprise DNA connects a claiming service into your version and tests it before you rely on it.
What happens to our notes, letters and appointment history? expand_more
Coreplus has a data backup that downloads your records as spreadsheet files. Clients come across directly, and appointments, invoices and receipts come across once the columns are matched. Every row is kept in a searchable archive. Old notes stay in that archive as they were written rather than being signed again.
How do practitioner payouts work? expand_more
Each practitioner has an agreed share. When a client pays, the receipt is split at that share. A payout records what you paid up to a date and locks those receipts, and a remittance statement lists each one. No money moves. You pay the practitioner the way you do now.
Is it safe for health information? expand_more
Start with the fictional practice. Before real records go in, agree access controls, secure hosting, backups and how any outside service handles health information. The free version needs that setup done. We build and run your version with those responsibilities written down.
Show Sam how your practice hands out new clients and pays its team
In 30 minutes, walk Sam through intake, referral courses and how practitioner payouts are worked out today. We will map the version your practice needs and what it takes to bring your Coreplus history across.
