Coreplus lists CORE at A$35 and PLUS at A$49 per user per month, excluding GST. Your bill grows with each practitioner and can include per-message text reminders, an HSP add-on or a quoted GROUP rate.

How the bill is built
Each practitioner, each month
CORE costs A$35 and PLUS costs A$49 per user per month, excluding GST. Each practitioner you add increases the recurring subscription. PLUS is A$588 per user a year before GST, before any text messages or add-ons.
GROUP is quoted
Practices with eight or more practitioners move to GROUP, which has no public price. You need a quote to know the rate, so you cannot calculate the subscription from a published GROUP price.
Texts cost per message
Text reminders are charged for each message sent. They cost A$0.15 each on CORE and A$0.10 each on PLUS, so the total depends on how many reminders your practice sends.
Add-ons and claiming
The HSP add-on costs A$5 per user. Medicare and DVA claiming sits on PLUS and above, so the plan you choose affects which claiming option is included.

Practitioner access
Coreplus charges per user, so the subscription grows as you add practitioners. The price is attached to each user's access rather than being one flat subscription for the whole practice.
The appointment book
The calendar holds who is booked with which practitioner, which room they are in and whether they attended. Your subscription pays for using that appointment book as part of the practice system.
The client file
Case notes, letters and invoices are attached to each client. These are your practice's records, held in Coreplus's system rather than in a database your business owns.
