Instead of Cority
Stop renting Cority. Own your occupational health system.
We build your version around your employers, your exposure groups and the regulations you test under, bring your Cority workers and test history across and run it for you. Your clinic keeps every result, every report and every recall date.
Cority publishes no price. Its pricing page says you pay for the modules you use, the number and type of users and the integrations you need, on an initial three-year term with an annual uplift, plus a one-time implementation project.

What the subscription charges for
The bill is set by modules, users and a three-year term
Cority is sold on a scoped quote. Its own pricing page says the subscription follows the solutions you license and who uses them, committed for three years, with consultants paid separately to configure it. Compare that with your own health monitoring records, where another nurse or employer costs nothing to add.
A quote, never a price list
There is no published price to compare. You find out what Occupational Health costs after a scoping conversation.
Three years before you can leave
The subscription is committed over an initial three-year term, with an annual uplift on top of the fee each year.
Consultants to set it up
Implementation is a separate one-time project for the consultants who configure the system to how you work.
Priced by users and modules
On the standard model the price grows as users and modules are added. Another nurse, another employer or another module moves the bill.
The reports they chose to build
You see the dashboards the vendor decided to chart. Hearing shifts by worker, or blood lead by exposure group against last year, depend on what the reports offer.
Thirty years of records in their cloud
Health monitoring reports must be kept for 30 years, 40 for asbestos. Today they sit with a vendor, in a system you rent rather than own.
Your own occupational health desk
Start with the dates and duties the regulations set
Recall
Every test date, with the rule behind it
Each worker's tests are dated from the rule that applies to them, so the recall list explains itself to the employer.
- check Audiograms within 3 months of starting and at least every 2 years, as the WHS Regulations set them
- check Blood lead before lead work starts, a month later, then every 6 months, 3 months or 6 weeks by the last result
- check The practitioner's own interval for everything else, and for every test in New Zealand
- check A recall letter to each employer listing who to send in and why each date is what it is
Lead
Nobody stays in lead work at the removal level
A blood lead at or above the removal level goes to the top of the list the day it is recorded, with the regulation that applies.
- check Removal levels of 30 and 10 micrograms per decilitre, with the lower levels where they apply
- check Removals the regulator has not been told about raised until they are
- check No return to lead work until a result is below the return level and a doctor has cleared the worker
- check Blood lead by exposure group, this year against last
Reports
Every report reaches the people the law names
Each result tracks its report: obtained from the practitioner, given to the worker, and sent to the regulator when the law says so.
- check Reports owed to WorkSafe or the state regulator raised at the top of the list
- check Workers without their copy chased after a few days
- check Reports given to anyone else refused without the worker's written consent
- check Records that cannot be deleted for 30 years, 40 for asbestos
Drug and alcohol
A non-negative screen is never called a positive
Workplace drug and alcohol tests are recorded with the reason and sample, and the result the employer hears is the one the laboratory confirms.
- check Non-negative screens not yet at the laboratory flagged the same day
- check Late laboratory results chased
- check The exact words to give the employer while a result is unconfirmed
- check How often the laboratory confirms a non-negative screen, by drug class

Questions answered from your health monitoring records
These examples combine your own records across every employer and exposure group at once. They are not a claim that Cority cannot produce a similar report.
Switching
How to switch from Cority
A move involves exporting worker and test records, mapping Cority report headings, checking the imported history, and running both systems side by side before you retire Cority.
- 1
Export your Cority records
Use Cority reports to export employees with their similar exposure groups, then export test history with values and results. These records are the ones that can come across to the new system. Keep scanned documents and audiogram traces in your Cority export as an archive, since they do not come across as records. If you cannot find the reports, check with Cority.
- 2
Load workers, then tests
Load the employee records first, including their exposure groups, and load test history second. Use the importer's test run before importing each set of records. The test run lets you check the data before it is loaded. The system provides a Cority import path for these report exports.
- 3
Review import findings
Check what the import reports before relying on the records. Repeat rows are skipped, and one bad row stops the whole file from importing, so correct any problems and try again. If the report headings differ from what the importer expects, use its mapping option to match your headings to the fields it reads.
- 4
Run both side by side
Keep Cority available for a short overlap period while you check the imported workers and test history against the records you know. Use the new system for routine health monitoring work during that period, and confirm it gives you the records and reports you need. Resolve any differences before you stop relying on Cority.
- 5
Switch off Cority
Once you have checked the records and are comfortable doing the work in the new system, plan the switch with your team and stop using Cority for ongoing health monitoring. Keep the Cority export as your archive for scanned documents and audiogram traces, along with any other history you chose not to import.
Where the real effort goes
The real work is usually mapping your own Cority report headings to the new fields, checking how your rules fit, and deciding how much history to bring across. Worker and test records can be imported, but scanned documents and audiogram traces remain in the Cority archive. If Enterprise DNA installs and runs the system for you, it handles this migration work.

Questions
Instead of Cority, answered
Does this replace everything Cority does? expand_more
The free version covers occupational health: employers, workers and exposure groups, the recall list, results and reports, lead removals, follow-ups, drug and alcohol tests and invoices. It has no direct link to an audiometer or spirometer, no worker portal and none of Cority's safety or environmental modules. Results are typed or imported, or we build the device import and portal on the same records.
Can we trust the dates and the lead rules? expand_more
Each one comes from a rule written down with its source: the Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016 in New Zealand, and the Work Health and Safety Regulations for audiometric testing and lead risk work in Australia. Your clinic sees the regulation behind every date and every refusal. It is a records check, not legal or medical advice; the practitioner still decides every result.
What happens to the test history we already hold in Cority? expand_more
Employees with their exposure groups, and their test history with values and results, come across from Cority report exports. Every worker's next test is dated from the imported history, so anyone overdue shows on the first day. Scanned documents and audiogram traces stay in your Cority export as the archive.
These are confidential health records. Who can see them? expand_more
They sit in a database your business owns, not with a vendor. A report given to anyone other than the worker, the employer that commissioned it, another business with the same duty or the regulator is refused without the worker's written consent, and health monitoring records cannot be deleted for the 30 or 40 years the regulations require.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA? expand_more
The code is free. A version built and run for your clinic or business has one setup fee, then a retainer, with no charge per user, employer or module and no three-year term. Sam reviews your Cority quote, your employers and the tests you run before agreeing the scope.
Own the records behind every worker you test
Take 30 minutes with Sam to go through your Cority quote, your employers and the regulations you test under. We map your programme and agree what your version needs before you change systems.
