What people compare Cority with
Cority publishes no price, so its subscription is quoted privately based on the modules, users and integrations you need, with an initial three-year term, annual uplift and separate implementation project. Owners look for an alternative when they want more control over the bill, their records and how the system fits their business.

How to choose a Cority alternative
- 1
What drives the bill
Check whether your bill grows with the number and type of users, modules and integrations you need. Cority uses these factors to set its subscription, commits you to an initial three-year term with an annual uplift, and charges separately for implementation. Compare that with whether another nurse or employer adds to the cost of your alternative.
- 2
Who owns your records
Health monitoring records need to remain available for 30 years, or 40 years for asbestos. Check where they are held, who controls access and how you can keep them if you leave. With an owned option, the records sit in a database your business owns rather than a vendor's system.
- 3
Fit with your rules and fields
Check whether the system can reflect the way your business handles workers, exposure groups, tests and follow-ups. You should be able to see the rule behind a recall date and use the fields that matter to your work. The practitioner still decides results and test intervals where those apply.

What the switch involves
Ask what you can export from Cority and what will transfer. Worker, exposure group and test history can come across from Cority report exports, while scanned documents and audiogram traces stay in the Cority export as an archive. Consider whether your alternative can use the imported history to identify overdue tests.
The option that fits
A version built around your business
Enterprise DNA builds your business its own health monitoring version around the way you work, brings across worker, exposure group and test history from Cority report exports, then runs it for you. Your records sit in a database your business owns, and you can work with them in plain language. There is no per-seat plan. You pay one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. A free version is available if you want to run it yourself.

Questions
Cority alternatives, answered
Which parts of our health monitoring can an alternative cover? expand_more
The free version covers occupational health records, recall lists, results and reports, lead follow-ups, drug and alcohol tests, and invoices. It does not include Cority's safety or environmental modules, a worker portal or direct links to audiometers and spirometers. Results can be typed or imported, and additional connections can be built.
Can we bring our existing Cority test history with us? expand_more
Worker records, exposure groups and test history with values and results can come across from Cority report exports. The next test dates can use the imported history, so overdue workers show up from the start. Scanned documents and audiogram traces remain in your Cority export as an archive.
How are confidential worker records protected? expand_more
The records sit in a database your business owns, not with a vendor. Reports are not given to anyone outside the permitted recipients without the worker's written consent. Health monitoring records cannot be deleted for the 30 or 40 years required by the regulations.
How is an owned version priced? expand_more
The free version can be run yourself. If Enterprise DNA builds and runs a version for your business, the arrangement is one setup fee followed by a monthly retainer, with no charge per user, employer or module and no three-year term. The scope is agreed after reviewing your Cority quote, employers and tests.
