What Enrolmy charges
Enrolmy's standard holiday-only plans cost NZ$199, NZ$299 or NZ$399 a month, including GST. Your monthly bill is based on individual children booked over the previous six months, with optional services charged separately.

How the bill is built
Attendee-based tiers
The standard holiday-only plans are Premium at NZ$199, Pro at NZ$299 and Pro-plus at NZ$399 a month, including GST. Your tier depends on the active attendee count.
Six-month attendee count
For holiday programmes, lessons and classes, Enrolmy counts individual children booked in the previous six months. Before and after school care uses different attendee bands, so these prices should not be assumed to apply to it.
Monthly integrations
The Incident reporting add-on costs NZ$30 a month for the ProActive Reporting integration. The Xero integration add-on also costs NZ$30 a month. Both are optional charges on top of the standard plan.
Staff rostering
Staff rostering costs NZ$28 a month for ten rostered staff, plus NZ$4 a month for each additional staff member. This is an optional charge alongside the standard plan.

An attendee-based tier
Your standard plan price is tied to individual children booked over the previous six months. The holiday-only bands range from up to 400 active attendees on Premium to 800 to 1,200 on Pro-plus. Before and after school care has different bands.
Optional monthly services
Extra monthly charges apply if you choose the ProActive Reporting integration, Xero integration or staff rostering. Reporting and Xero each cost NZ$30 a month. Rostering costs NZ$28 for ten staff, plus NZ$4 for each additional staff member.
Programme administration
The stated value is configurable programme administration for holiday programmes, lessons and classes, rather than a claim of a large subscription saving. Enrolmy also has different attendee bands for before and after school care, so the applicable tier depends on the service you run.

An owned version of your system
Enterprise DNA builds Holiday Programme around how your business runs, brings Enrolmy data across and runs your version for you. The paid arrangement is one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. Enterprise DNA reviews available exports and maps their columns, rather than promising an unconditional full-history migration.
