How the bill is built
Annual platform fee
Each plan has an annual platform fee. First AML does not publish the amount, and its pricing changes by country, so you need to apply for a quote to find out what applies to your business.
Units for new clients
Your contract includes units for clients you onboard, including fixed units. The number of clients you take on affects how much of your included allocation you use during the year.
Overage after included units
Once your included units run out, additional client onboarding is charged as pay-as-you-go overage. A busier year with more new clients can therefore add to your bill.
One-off implementation
First AML charges a one-off implementation fee to get you onto the platform. This is separate from the annual platform fee and the charges for units or overage.
A year of First AML
Your annual bill is quoted privately
There is no public yearly price for First AML. Your annual platform fee, the units included in your contract and how many clients you onboard all affect the bill. If you use more than your included units, pay-as-you-go overage adds to the cost. You also pay a one-off implementation fee when getting onto the platform.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A platform for checks and cases
First AML sells one platform for identity checks, company structures, screening and case management. These are the services its platform brings together, while the electronic checks themselves remain a real cost wherever you buy them.
Units for client onboarding
Your contract includes units for each client you onboard, with fixed units and pay-as-you-go overage once they run out. The amount you pay is therefore linked to how many clients your business takes on.
Implementation and hosted records
The one-off implementation fee gets you onto the platform. Your client files, ratings, decisions and dates also sit in the vendor's cloud, and you need to keep those records for years after a client leaves.
The owned alternative

Questions
First AML pricing, answered
How much does First AML cost per year? expand_more
First AML does not publish annual prices for its plans. The yearly bill is quoted privately and depends on the annual platform fee, the units included in your contract, the clients you onboard and any overage. A one-off implementation fee is charged separately when you get onto the platform.
What happens when our included client units run out? expand_more
First AML charges pay-as-you-go overage once your included units run out. That means onboarding more clients than your contract covers can increase your bill. Ask for the included units and overage terms in your quote so you can assess the cost for your expected client numbers.
Are Launch, Optimise and Transform fixed-price plans? expand_more
No. First AML lists Launch, Optimise and Transform as priced on application, and its pricing changes by country. Launch is for firms onboarding at least 400 individuals or 100 complex entities a year. Each plan has an annual platform fee, units, possible overage and a one-off implementation fee.
