What FuneralBuddy charges
FuneralBuddy charges a monthly base fee plus a fee for each created case, with enquiries free. All features are included on every plan, while the monthly price, case fee, user limit and branch limit vary by tier.
Starter
A$99 a month plus A$18 per case
Includes three users and one branch, with all features included and no fee for enquiries.
Professional
A$149 a month plus A$15 per case
Includes ten users and two branches, with all features included and no fee for enquiries.
Enterprise
A$299 a month plus A$12 per case
Includes unlimited users and up to ten branches, with all features included and no fee for enquiries.
How the bill is built
Monthly base fee
You pay a monthly base before case fees. Starter costs A$99 a month, Professional costs A$149 a month and Enterprise costs A$299 a month. The base price depends on the tier you choose.
Fee for each case
Each created case adds a charge: A$18 on Starter, A$15 on Professional or A$12 on Enterprise. Enquiries are free. Your case fees depend on how many cases you create during the billing period.
Team and branch capacity
The plan sets how many users and branches are included. Starter has three users and one branch, Professional has ten users and two branches, and Enterprise has unlimited users and up to ten branches.

All features are included on every plan. The subscription includes case records, scheduling, family approvals and document preparation, along with a custom report builder and CSV export.

Enterprise DNA builds your version around how your funeral home works, brings your FuneralBuddy data across and runs it for you. Your records sit in a database you own, which you can use in plain language. The arrangement is one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. If you prefer to run it yourself, the free version is available.

FuneralBuddy supports CSV report exports, and report columns are selectable, so the actual export needs to be mapped. The free version imports mapped case records. Attachments, signatures, invoices and other history need separate mapping and reconciliation as part of the migration.
