iClassPro charges a monthly subscription for each location you run, with three published tiers and nothing bundled in for a parent app. The bill grows with a twelve-month commitment on its top tier and optional paid add-ons such as the branded app and reporting services.

How the bill is built
A subscription for every location
Each location you run needs its own subscription, at US$139, US$199 or US$299 a month depending on the tier. A school with more than one pool or site pays the chosen rate again for each address.
A commitment locked into the top tier
Premium requires a twelve-month commitment at US$299 a month, while Signature and Elite are listed without a stated commitment. The tier with fuller features is the one that asks you to sign on for longer.
An add-on for the branded app
The parent-facing branded app is not included in any subscription tier. It carries a US$499 setup fee plus US$150 a month on top of whatever you already pay for Signature, Elite or Premium.
Reporting and communication sold separately
iClassPro also sells reporting and communication services beyond the base subscription. Scope out which of these your school actually needs before assuming the advertised monthly figure is the full bill.
