Enterprise DNA

Instead of Infynity CRM

Infynity CRM holds your clients today. Make the book yours for good.

Enterprise DNA builds a broker system shaped around how your practice runs, maps your Infynity records into it, and looks after it for you. Finsure stays your aggregator for as long as you want it to be.

Finsure publishes no price for Infynity. Its page offers a free demo and does not say how the CRM is charged alongside membership.

What comes with the CRM

Infynity is part of the Finsure relationship

The clients you have written, their loans and the trail they pay are the value of your practice. With Infynity, that value sits in software your aggregator designed and runs, on terms set inside that relationship.

request_quote

No price on the page

Finsure lists features and a demo booking, nothing more. You cannot see what the CRM costs on its own, so you cannot judge it against anything else.

hub

Built in-house by the aggregator

Finsure describes Infynity as developed by its own technical team for its own brokers. The CRM and the aggregation agreement come from one company, so reviewing one means thinking about the other.

help

No stated way to take your records

The Infynity page says nothing about exporting clients, loans or history. Before you ever review your aggregator, find out what you would walk away with.

storefront

A store of add-ons

Leads, SMS tools and referral partnerships arrive through a Service Store inside the CRM. Useful extras, chosen and arranged by the aggregator.

payments

Commission checking sits elsewhere

Finsure's commission offer, Commission Now, is a separate service about getting paid sooner.

query_stats

Analytics designed for you, not by you

The page promises data analytics tools. A question about your own book that those tools were not built for still has nowhere to go.

What you get instead

A broker system that belongs to the practice

Deadlines

Every deal clock in one ranked list

Ask what is about to go wrong and get one list across every broker, ordered by what costs you first.

  • check Deals whose finance clause runs out within days while the lender is still assessing, always at the top
  • check Pre-approvals close to lapsing for buyers still at auctions
  • check Applications that have gone silent at a lender, named with the broker who owns them
  • check Settlements this week, annual reviews overdue and late tasks in the same answer

Refixes

Know who to ring before a rival lender does

Trail only keeps paying while the client stays. Every fixed rate expiry comes back with how long it has been since anyone spoke to them.

  • check Fixed rate expiries for the next 90 days, with the balance attached
  • check Clients whose fixed rate has already ended picked out, because they are paying the variable rate now
  • check Last contact beside every expiry, so the clients nobody has rung stand out
  • check Expiries inside a clawback window marked, since losing that client costs the upfront as well

Commission

Statements checked against what you are owed

Record each lender's commission terms once. Every settled loan then carries an expected upfront, and every statement is compared with it.

  • check Upfronts not paid thirty days after drawdown, listed and totalled
  • check Short payments shown with the exact gap in dollars
  • check Trail income by lender and year, worked out from your own records
  • check A discharge inside a clawback window recorded as a clawback the day it happens, with the reason

Portable

Stays put whoever you aggregate with

Plain records in a database the practice owns, a compliance rule book you can read and change, and paperwork with your name on it.

  • check Review or change aggregator and the client book does not move
  • check Compliance checks covering the NCCP and the Best Interests Duty, each rule with its source, edited to suit your licence
  • check Refix letters, review packs and settlement summaries printed under your own logo
  • check New fields, rules and reports added by asking for them in plain English

Switching

How to switch from Infynity CRM

The move involves checking what records you can download, mapping them into the new database, and reviewing the results before you rely on them.

  1. 1

    Export what Infynity allows

Ask Finsure what you can download from Infynity before planning the move. Its published information does not describe an export path, so check directly and export what your account allows, usually as CSV or Excel. Ask for the client and lending records you need, including deals, loan details, expiry dates, commission expectations and advice-file information where available.

  2. 2

    Map and load the records

Have the Infynity export mapped to the new database's client, loan and deal records. Infynity needs a mapping step, rather than a ready-made export route described in the product material. Have the mapping tested before using the loaded records for live work, so you can review what came across.

  3. 3

    Review the import flags

Check the imported clients, loans and deals against your source records. Imported clients have no customer due diligence date and imported deals have an empty advice file by design, so the system will flag those gaps rather than assume the old records were complete. Decide what needs to be backfilled, and check that key details such as deadlines and expiry dates are present.

  4. 4

Run both systems side by side

Keep Infynity available for a short period while you check the new database against the records you know. Confirm that client and loan details, open deals, deadlines and upcoming expiries match, and review any flagged gaps. Applications and lodgement can continue through Finsure as they do now. Do not rely on the new records for day-to-day work until you are satisfied with the checks.

  5. 5

    Switch off Infynity

Once you have checked the records you need and resolved the gaps you want to address, make the new database your place for those records. Then switch off Infynity if you no longer need it. Your move is about where your client and lending records live, not leaving Finsure. Your applications, lodgement and Finsure agreement carry on as they are.

construction

Where the real effort goes

The real work is usually mapping your own Infynity fields and business rules, then deciding how much history to bring across. Advice-file and due diligence gaps may also need review or backfilling. If you have Enterprise DNA install and run the system, they handle the mapping and test as part of the move.

Questions

Instead of Infynity CRM, answered

Do I need to leave Finsure to use this? expand_more

No. This replaces where your client record lives, not your aggregator. Applications, lodgement and your Finsure agreement carry on as they are. The difference is that your book no longer sits only inside software the aggregator controls.

Can I get my records out of Infynity? expand_more

Finsure's page does not describe an export, so ask Finsure what you can download before you start. Whatever reports or lists you can get out, we map into your new database, test first, so you can check every client and loan before anything goes live. The free version reads Trail, Salestrekker and Mercury exports as they are; an Infynity file needs that mapping step, which is part of what we do, or which you can ask Claude Code to do.

What does Infynity cost compared with this? expand_more

Finsure does not publish a price for Infynity, so we cannot quote one. The free version costs nothing. If Enterprise DNA builds and runs your version, you pay one setup fee and then a monthly retainer, and the system and the data stay yours either way.

Does it lodge applications or run servicing? expand_more

No. Lodgement and servicing stay with the lenders and your aggregator's tools. This keeps the part they do not give you in a form you own: deal deadlines, the refix list, commission expectations and the advice file, answered in plain English.

Is the compliance check legal advice? expand_more

No. It is a rule book with its sources written down, covering the NCCP and the Best Interests Duty in Australia and the New Zealand rules too. Each rule checks your records for a gap, and you change the rules to match your licence.
