Instead of KORE Software
Stop renting KORE. Own your sponsorship system.
We build your version around your assets, your partners and your season, bring your KORE inventory, agreements and fulfilment across, and run it with your partnerships team.
KORE publishes no prices. Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate are separate modules quoted case by case, and they install inside the CRM you already use, which is a second bill.

What sits inside the KORE bill?
KORE quotes each module privately. Separate the work your partnerships team does every week from the software layered on top of it.
Modules on top of your CRM
Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate are sold separately and installed inside your existing CRM. You pay for the modules and for the CRM seats underneath them.
The inventory and rate card
Every sign, screen, jersey spot, box and post you can sell, with its price and how many you have. Underneath, that is a list your team keeps up to date.
Agreements and entitlements
Who bought what, for how long, for how much cash and how much contra. Each agreement is a handful of lines.
Fulfilment tracking
Activate records what went out against what was promised. That is a dated line for each post, sign, box and screen, with the photo that proves it.
Partner reporting
Evaluate turns delivery into recap reports and returns. The figures come from the same delivery lines, read a different way.
A portal and dashboards
Partner views and charts for the office. Your own version gives the same figures and a branded proof of performance report you send yourself.
The work you can own
Know what every partner is owed, before they ask
Fulfilment
Promises measured against the clock
Each entitlement compares what has gone out with how far through the term the deal is. A partner 77 per cent through their deal with 45 per cent of their posts done shows up today, not at renewal.
- check Partners behind, worst gap first
- check Anything still owed after a deal has ended
- check A match day run sheet for every event, by partner
- check One step after the final whistle records everything that went out
Inventory
Sell what you have, and only once
Every asset shows what signed deals have taken this season, what the pipeline would take, and what is left at rate card value.
- check Unsold inventory with its rate card value
- check Assets sold more times than you have them
- check Category exclusivity checked before a proposal goes out
- check A partnership opportunities list in your brand
Renewals
Renew on the evidence
Deals near their end with no renewal conversation surface months ahead. The renewal draft leads with what the partner received and its value at rate card.
- check Renewals inside your window, biggest first
- check Value delivered against value paid, for every partner
- check Next term started from this term in one step
- check A weighted pipeline for next season
Rules
The checks a partnerships manager forgets
Each partner carries a category and each asset and event an audience. The checks read them together and name the rule behind every finding.
- check Tobacco and vaping sponsors flagged before you pitch them
- check Alcohol and gambling partners kept off junior assets and junior events
- check Contra with no invoice for GST, and sponsorship receipted as a donation
- check Reach figures with no evidence held back from the recap report

Ten questions to ask of your partnerships
Each answer comes from the records in the free version. KORE has its own dashboards and reports. Add the questions your board and your partners ask.
Switching
How to switch from KORE Software
A move in practice involves exporting CRM reports, mapping your fields, rehearsing the imports, and checking the records before you stop using KORE.
- 1
Export the records
Because KORE runs inside your CRM, your records come out as CRM report exports. Export the inventory, agreements, and fulfilment counts you want to bring across, using the export options your account allows, usually CSV or Excel. KORE's export route is not specified here, so check with KORE or your CRM administrator if you need help producing those reports.
- 2
Rehearse and load the data
Start with the inventory export and run a test import before loading it for real. Compare the test results with the source report, then load the inventory. Bring in agreements next, then fulfilment counts. Partners are created from the account name on imported agreements. If headings have been renamed, map them to the fields the new system expects before repeating the import.
- 3
Check the import results
Review the import results and anything they flag for attention. Compare the loaded counts with the source reports, and check that the inventory, agreements, and fulfilment counts are in the right places. Resolve mismatches before relying on the records. Keep a note of any information you chose not to bring across so you know what remains in KORE or your CRM.
- 4
Run both side by side
For a short period, keep KORE and the new system running side by side. Use each for current partnership work and compare key records, promised and delivered fulfilment, invoices, renewals, and reports. Resolve discrepancies and confirm the new system supports the work you agreed to move. Keep KORE for any partner views, ticketing tools, or CRM dashboards you still need.
- 5
Switch off KORE
Once your checks are complete and you have decided how to handle any partner views, ticketing tools, or CRM-connected dashboards, stop using KORE's sponsorship modules. Keep the exports and confirm with KORE or your CRM administrator what needs to be retained in the existing CRM. KORE and the CRM it runs inside are separate, so do not treat them as the same system.
Where the real effort goes
The main effort is matching your CRM report headings to the new fields, deciding how your own stages and rules should work, and choosing how much history to bring. Photos and files stay where they are, with the new system recording their locations. If Enterprise DNA runs it for you, they handle this migration work with you.

Questions
Instead of KORE Software, answered
Does this replace everything KORE does? expand_more
The free version covers partners, inventory and rate card, agreements and entitlements, events, every delivery with its evidence, invoices, renewals, the pipeline and proof of performance reports. KORE also offers partner views of their results, ticketing tools and dashboards connected to your CRM. We agree which of those you need and build them into your version, or keep KORE for them, before you move.
Our partners expect a recap report. What do they get? expand_more
A branded proof of performance report for each partner: what was promised, what went out and when, where the evidence lives, and the value at rate card. Any reach figure without evidence is held back until you can show where it came from.
What can we bring across from KORE? expand_more
KORE runs inside your CRM, so your records come out as report exports from it. Your inventory, your agreements and your fulfilment counts load directly, with a test run first. Photos and files stay where they are, and your version records where each one lives.
Who decides whether a sponsor is allowed? expand_more
You and your adviser. The system flags tobacco and vaping sponsors, alcohol and gambling partners near junior audiences, contra with no invoice and sponsorship receipted as a donation, and names the rule behind each. It never contacts a partner or a regulator.
How should we compare the price? expand_more
KORE publishes no prices. Its modules are quoted privately, and the CRM they run inside is a separate bill. Start from your own quote and your CRM invoice. Enterprise DNA quotes an agreed setup fee, then a retainer for running it. The free version costs nothing to use and change.
