The plans
What KORE Software charges
KORE Software publishes no prices for Sponsorship, Activate or Evaluate, which are quoted case by case as separate modules. They are installed inside the CRM you already use, so your CRM seats are a separate part of the bill.
Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate
Quoted privately
KORE quotes these modules separately and installs them inside your existing CRM.
How the bill is built
Separate modules
Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate are sold separately, so the quote depends on which modules you need. Sponsorship covers partnership sales and agreements, Activate tracks what you deliver, and Evaluate produces recap reports and returns.
Your CRM seats
KORE installs its modules inside the CRM you already use. You pay for the KORE modules and for the CRM seats underneath them, so check both the KORE quote and your existing CRM bill.
Quoted case by case
KORE does not publish module prices. Each module is quoted privately, so you need a quote for the modules you plan to use rather than a public price list to calculate the software cost.
A year of KORE Software
Your annual KORE and CRM bill
There is no public annual figure to calculate. KORE quotes Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate separately, and your existing CRM seats are another bill. The total depends on which modules you choose and the cost of the CRM seats beneath them. Use your own KORE quote and CRM invoice to work out the yearly cost.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Modules inside your CRM
You are paying for Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate as separate modules layered on top of the CRM you already use. That means the KORE software is not the only software cost in the setup. Your CRM seats remain part of the bill.
Partnership records and tracking
The modules work with your inventory, agreements and entitlements. Activate tracks delivery against what was promised, including dated records for posts, signs, boxes and screens, with evidence such as photos.
Partner reporting
Evaluate turns delivery records into recap reports and returns. KORE also offers partner views and dashboards connected to your CRM, so the figures and reporting sit alongside the partnership information managed in the modules.
The owned alternative
A sponsorship system you own
Enterprise DNA builds your version around how your business runs, brings your KORE Software data across and runs it for you. It uses a database you own and plain language with Claude Code, with no per-seat plans. The price is one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. There is also a free version you can run yourself.
Sponsorship for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
KORE Software pricing, answered
How much does KORE Software cost per year? expand_more
KORE Software does not publish prices, so there is no public yearly figure to calculate. Sponsorship, Activate and Evaluate are quoted separately, and your existing CRM seats are another cost. Your annual total depends on the modules you choose and the CRM bill.
Do I need to pay for the CRM as well? expand_more
Yes. KORE installs its modules inside the CRM you already use. The KORE modules and your CRM seats are separate parts of the bill, so include both when assessing the cost.
Can I bring my KORE records to another system? expand_more
KORE runs inside your CRM, so records come out as report exports from it. Enterprise DNA can bring your inventory, agreements and fulfilment counts across, with a test run first. Photos and files stay where they are, and your version records where each one lives.
