How the bill is built
Priced per licence, per month
Each adviser or staff member needs a licence at A$339 a month on the 12-month term, excluding GST. Add more people to your practice and the licence cost multiplies straight away, before any other fee is counted.
The term length sets your rate
The monthly rate only falls if you commit to a 24 or 36-month agreement, moving from A$339 down to A$259 or A$239. A shorter commitment means paying more every month for the same licence.
A professional fee sits on top
Beyond the licence itself, Migration Manager adds a professional fee of A$900 to the arrangement. That is a separate cost layered onto the monthly licence charge, not included in the per-licence rate.
Templates and updates cost extra
MM Templates is a further A$1,800, or A$1,400 on a longer agreement, plus A$50 a month for updates. Custom reports and any connected services are further decisions and further cost on top of the licence.
