Instead of Mintsoft
Stop renting Mintsoft. Own your fulfilment system.
We build your version around how you pick, pack and bill each client. We bring your Mintsoft products and order history across and run the system for you.
Mintsoft lists its 3PL plans from $1,249 a month for up to 1,000 orders, rising to $2,669 a month at 13,000 orders. That is $14,988 to $32,028 a year before add-ons.

Understand the bill
A plan that climbs with every order you despatch
Mintsoft prices its 3PL plans by monthly order volume, each listed as a starting price. Here is what that monthly fee is really buying.
Order volume bands
Mintsoft steps from $1,249 to $1,688, $2,404 and $2,669 a month as your orders grow. A good peak season moves you up a band.
Starting prices, not final ones
Every plan is listed as "from". Your quote depends on what you add, so the listed price is the floor of the bill.
More warehouses cost a bigger plan
Multiple warehouses and warehouse-to-warehouse transfers sit on the Large plan, not the entry plans.
Courier and shop setups counted
The smaller plans include one courier and one shop setup. More connections are part of moving up a plan.
Users counted too
The Starter Pack lists one user. Every extra person in the office is part of the conversation about price.
Add-ons on top
Access Workspace is offered on every 3PL plan for an extra 10 percent. Add-ons stack on a bill that already grows with volume.

Pick and despatch
Get every order out by its date
Open orders line up by required date, with anything blocked called out before the packers start.
- check See which orders are ready, late, short or on hold in one list
- check Take stock from the fullest bin first and keep the ledger exact
- check Stop a dangerous goods order from going on the wrong courier service
- check Put a cancelled order back in the bins it came from
Stock
Know what each client has on the shelf
Stock is held by client, SKU and bin, with open orders counted against it.
- check Catch a SKU that open orders have oversold
- check Reorder lists grouped by client, ready to send
- check Book deliveries in against the notice the client sent
- check Flag deliveries that have not turned up
Client billing
Bill each client at the rate you agreed
Order fees, extra items, storage and returns, drafted for a period and checked before approval.
- check A client with no agreed rate stops the run before it is wrong
- check The same period twice returns the same draft, never a double bill
- check Storage counted on the bins each client actually uses
- check Each run kept for seven years to cover NZ and Australian tax records
Clients and records
Answer the client before they ask
Despatch against agreed days, returns and stock in one report per client, plus the record checks owners forget.
- check On-time despatch for each client over the last four weeks
- check Returns waiting too long for a restock or write-off decision
- check Shopper details cleared once the agreed retention period passes
- check A monthly client report drafted for you to check and send

Switching
How to switch from Mintsoft
The move happens in stages rather than overnight: you export your records, test the import, check what it flags, run both systems side by side for a while, and only then turn Mintsoft off.
- 1
Export your products and orders
From Mintsoft, export what your account allows, usually CSV or Excel. Mintsoft's own export covers orders in bulk from the orders screen, and there is a separate product upload template for stock codes, names and weights. Export per client if that is how your account is set up, and check with Mintsoft if you are unsure what your plan lets you pull out.
- 2
Run a test import first
Bring the export into Fulfilment for Claude Code using the import step built for this move. Run it as a test first, a pass that previews what will come across without changing anything. This lets you see your clients, products and order history mapped before anything is committed, so mistakes show up before they cost you.
- 3
Check what the import flags
Once you commit the import, go through what it surfaces. Open orders need their items matched to your products, which is normal and expected. Despatched history comes across for reporting. Stock on your shelves is not copied in, you count it fresh on switch day. Treat this step as the place to catch mismatches, not a formality.
- 4
Run both systems side by side
Keep Mintsoft running while you work in the new system, long enough to trust the pick wave, despatch records and client billing it produces. Compare the billing runs against your current invoices before you rely on either figure. This is also when scanner work, courier labels and any live shop connections, if you have had them built, get proven out under real orders.
- 5
Turn Mintsoft off
Once the side-by-side period has shown the numbers match and nothing is missing, cancel your Mintsoft plan. Your accounts system keeps issuing invoices as before, it just now draws on billing runs from a database you own rather than a monthly plan priced by order volume.
Where the real effort goes
The export and import are the easy part. The real work is matching your client rates, despatch rules and bin setup to how your warehouse actually runs, and deciding how much order history is worth bringing across versus just counting stock fresh on switch day. Enterprise DNA does this mapping and the side-by-side check when you have them run the switch for you.

Questions
Instead of Mintsoft, answered
How much does Mintsoft cost a 3PL? expand_more
Mintsoft’s Australian price list starts its 3PL plans at $1,249 a month and lists $1,688, $2,404 and $2,669 a month as order volumes rise to about 13,000 a month. Each is a starting price, and add-ons sit on top. Bring your current invoice to the call and we compare it with the work you need.
Will our products and order history come across? expand_more
The free version imports Mintsoft’s product file for each client and the order export from the orders screen, after a test run that changes nothing. Despatched history arrives for reporting. Open orders need their items matched to your products, which we do as part of the switch. Stock on the shelves is counted on switch day, not copied.
What about scanners, courier labels and live shop orders? expand_more
The free version records picks, despatches and tracking, and takes orders by import. Scanner screens for the bench, courier label printing and live connections to Shopify, marketplaces and WooCommerce are what Enterprise DNA builds into your version, scoped to the couriers and shops your clients use.
Can it bill our clients the way we charge them now? expand_more
It drafts a run per client for order fees, a fee for each extra item, storage by occupied bin each week and processed returns, at the rates you agree. Your own rules, minimums and courier recharges go into your version. We run a period side by side with your current bills before you rely on it. Your accounts system still issues the invoice.
Who looks after it once we switch? expand_more
Run the free version yourself, have us build your version, or have us run it for you through Omni by Enterprise DNA. Managed work is one setup fee and then a retainer. We agree support, backups and how changes are made before you switch.
