Onspring offers user licensing, product licensing with unlimited employee users, or a hybrid. These are alternative ways to scope the licence, and the choice changes your quote. Onspring does not publish a standard dollar price for these options.
Platform level
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum are separate from your user or product licence. The levels include different amounts of storage, development environments and training seats, and they offer different support coverage.
Storage and environments
Higher platform levels include more storage and development environments. You can also purchase extra storage and non-production instances, which can add to the quoted bill.
Support and training
Support coverage and included training seats vary by platform level. Platinum includes round-the-clock support, and additional training can be purchased.
