What PlotBox charges
PlotBox publishes a UK price list, but no New Zealand price. The bill is built from monthly user charges, bolt-on modules and a one-off onboarding fee, with extra work billed separately.

How the bill is built
Office user licences
Each administrative user costs £150 a month, or £1,800 a year before VAT. The charge applies to each office login, so the yearly cost rises with every additional administrative user.
Grounds staff logins
A groundsperson, cremation technician or receptionist who logs in costs £50 a month. That is £600 a year per person before VAT, with each additional login adding another charge.
Bolt-on modules
Digital mapping, the funeral director portal, the mason portal, public search and finance export are sold as bolt-ons. Their prices are not listed in the published price line, so the cost of adding them is extra to user charges.
Setup and extra work
Onboarding starts at £4,500 for one cemetery with three users and no data moved or mapped. Migration and mapping cost more. Extra training, configuration and bespoke work are billed from a day-rate card with a half-day minimum.
