The plans
What Procore charges
Procore does not publish a price. It charges an upfront annual fee set separately for each product you buy, based on your Annual Construction Volume, the dollar value of the work across your projects, with unlimited users included.
Project Management
Quoted privately
Covers projects, RFIs, submittals, delays and the site diary, priced as its own product on your annual quote.
Financials
Quoted privately
Covers the cost report, commitments and subcontracts, priced on top of the project management product.
Quality
Quoted privately
Covers quality and defects work as a third separate product on the same annual quote.
How the bill is built
A fee tied to your turnover
Procore's charge is set each year against your Annual Construction Volume, the dollar value of the work across your projects. Win a bigger job and the fee for looking at the same records goes up, whether or not anyone uses more of the tool.
Priced product by product
Project management, financials and quality are billed as separate products on the same annual quote. The cost report and commitments your commercial manager lives in sit inside the financial product, on top of the project tools.
Set upfront each year
The fee is agreed upfront for the year and quoted privately to each builder, not published as a rate card. Unlimited users are included, so the number climbing is your construction volume, not your head count.
Implementation before it runs
A system this size needs configuring, templates and training before your first project runs on it, an added cost on top of the annual fee in the year you start.
A year of Procore
No published figure, driven by your turnover
Procore quotes each builder privately, so there is no public yearly figure to quote back. The bill is driven by your Annual Construction Volume and by how many of the separate products, project management, financials and quality, you buy, plus a year-one implementation cost before the first project runs on it. Industry pricing guides for mid-tier builders describe bills in the five figures a year on top of that setup, though that is a third-party estimate, not Procore's own published number.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A price that climbs with your growth
The fee is set against your Annual Construction Volume, so a bigger year of work means a bigger bill for the same records, regardless of whether your team uses any more of the tool than before.
Records split across paid products
Project management, financials and quality are sold as separate products on one quote. The cost report and commitments a commercial manager relies on daily sit in a different priced product from the projects and RFIs.
Access to your own history
Years of subcontracts, claims, variations and RFIs live inside Procore's system, reachable one tool export at a time. It is your record of the work, held behind someone else's login.

Questions
Procore pricing, answered
How does Procore work out what to charge me each year? expand_more
Procore sets an upfront annual fee for each product you buy, based on your Annual Construction Volume, the dollar value of the work across your projects. It is quoted privately rather than published, so two builders with different turnover can pay very different amounts for the same tools.
Will my Procore bill rise if I win bigger jobs? expand_more
Yes. Because the fee is tied to your Annual Construction Volume, a bigger year of work pushes the bill up even if your team and their use of the tool stay exactly the same. The records you hold do not get more expensive, but the invoice does.
Why does Procore charge separately for project management, financials and quality? expand_more
Procore sells these as separate products on one annual quote rather than one bundled price. The cost report and commitments, which a commercial manager relies on daily, sit inside the financial product, priced on top of the core project management tools.
