Each extra seat costs A$31 a month on annual billing or A$39 a month on monthly billing. These prices exclude GST, and the subscription grows with the number of seats.

Programa sells one Pro plan with all features included. Schedules, the product library, client dashboards, approvals, supplier management, purchasing, markup tracking, time tracking and task management are included.

On annual billing, the first seat is A$756 a year, then A$372 a year for each additional seat, excluding GST. The total depends on how many people need seats. If you pay monthly instead, the first seat is A$79 a month and each extra seat is A$39 a month, also excluding GST, so the annual total changes with your seat count.

Records and schedules
The subscription gives you a place to manage product choices, room details, specification schedules and the product library. Those choices and details are the records underneath the software.
Studio functions
The single Pro plan includes client dashboards and approvals, supplier management, purchasing and markup tracking. It also includes time tracking and task management, rather than naming these as separate plans.
Seats for your team
Your subscription cost changes with the number of seats. The first seat has its own price, and each additional designer adds a further monthly charge based on whether you choose annual or monthly billing.
The owned alternative
A version built around your studio
Enterprise DNA builds your business its own version around how your studio works, brings your Programa data across and runs it for you. Your records sit in a database you own, and you can work with it in plain language. Enterprise DNA charges one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. There is also a free version you can run yourself, with no software licence fee.
