Instead of RMS Cloud
Stop renting RMS Cloud. Own your holiday park system.
We build your version around your sites, cabins and long stays, bring your RMS Cloud reservations and residents across, and run it for you.
RMS Cloud does not publish its prices. Its two park plans, Accelerate and Elevate, are each quoted after a call, with interactive maps, utilities metering and API access tied to particular plans or sold as add-ons.

What the subscription buys
A price you only see after the call, and park features spread across plans and add-ons
RMS Cloud quotes each park on its size and the parts it takes. Most of what a park office uses every day sits on a small set of records: sites, rates, bookings, guests, long-stay accounts and meter readings.
A price you see only after the sales call
The pricing page lists Accelerate for medium-sized parks and Elevate for park groups, and both say request a quote. There is nothing to compare until the call is done.
Metering and maps tied to the plan
Utilities metering, interactive maps and accounting with accounts receivable are listed in the park Accelerate plan. Interactive maps and utilities management also appear as add-ons.
Park groups move up a plan
Multi-site management, the tour desk, passes, gift vouchers, asset management and access for other software sit in Elevate, the plan for multi-property park groups.
Optional extras on top
Owner and trust accounting, email marketing and the payment vault are listed as optional add-ons, and RMS Pay is marked optional.
Your history comes out report by report
Reservations leave through the Reservation Made/Modified report or a Report Writer export you set up field by field. Leaving means building the export first.
Reports someone else designed
The reports are the ones the vendor built. A question like who is three weeks behind on site fees, or which motorhome will not fit the site it was sold, waits for the right report.
The park office you own
Know who arrives, who is behind and which site each van fits
Office
Arrivals, sites and cabins in one morning list
Every booking sits on a site night by night, with the van length and registration, so the office sees the day before it starts.
- check Arrivals with no site flagged the day before
- check A motorhome longer than its site caught before it arrives
- check A dirty cabin with a guest coming goes to the top of the cleaning list
- check The night audit prints who is in the park tonight, casual and long-stay
Long stays
Permanents, annual vans and seasonal workers on their own accounts
Each long stay is an agreement with a site fee, a running balance and its paperwork, not a booking stretched over a year.
- check Weekly, monthly or yearly site fees posted in one run, never twice
- check Accounts behind shown in days of fees, with a friendly reminder drafted
- check Power used since the last reading charged from the meter
- check A statement for every resident in your park's name
Records
The rules a park lives under, checked against your records
Each check cites the law or the government page it comes from, so you know why it is there.
- check Camping ground registration renewal flagged before it lapses
- check Stays past the 50-day tenancy threshold in New Zealand listed for a decision
- check New South Wales occupation agreements and Victorian resident paperwork checked
- check GST on the reduced value for New Zealand stays over four weeks
Numbers
Occupancy with the long-stay sites taken out
Every night sold is a record, so the numbers owners ask about come straight from the bookings.
- check Casual and long-stay occupancy by month
- check Twelve weeks on the books by site type
- check Revenue after commission for every channel
- check Regulars still booking through a commission channel

Questions your park records can answer
These ten questions work against the free version today. RMS Cloud has reports of its own; your version answers the questions your park actually asks, and you can change them.
Switching
How to switch from RMS Cloud
Moving off RMS Cloud is mostly a matter of exporting your reservation history, loading it as a test run, fixing what does not match, and then running both systems side by side until you trust the new one.
- 1
Export your records from RMS Cloud
In RMS Cloud, export your reservations from the Reservation Made/Modified report using Export To CSV, or from Report Writer. Also note how your site types and sites are named (RMS calls these Categories and Areas), since matching names make the import line up cleanly. If your account offers different export options, check with RMS Cloud about what format it allows.
- 2
Load the file as a test run first
Bring the exported file into your new setup as a test run before anything is saved to your real records. This matches guests by email, lines up site types and booking channels, and shows you counts to check against RMS Cloud, all without changing anything. Only once those counts look right do you run it again to actually load the data.
- 3
Check what the import flags
The test run lists anything it could not match on its own, and separately lists every reservation marked Long Term, since those need setting up as agreements rather than ordinary bookings. Go through this list, decide each one, and set up your permanent residents, annual vans and seasonal workers with their weekly or yearly fee and what each currently owes.
- 4
Run both systems side by side
Keep RMS Cloud active while you put the new setup through a normal day: arrivals, check-ins, long-stay billing, meter readings. If you book through Booking.com, Airbnb or RMS's channel manager, test that your calendars stay in step before you rely on the new setup for them, since that connection works differently once you move.
- 5
Switch off RMS Cloud
Once the records match and a normal day's work runs cleanly on the new setup, cancel your RMS Cloud plan. Keep the exported files. If online booking or a live channel connection mattered to you, confirm that piece is built and tested first, since the free setup only keeps calendars in step rather than taking bookings or payments directly.
Where the real effort goes
The export itself is simple. The real work is in checking the match: which site types, channels and long-stay accounts need a human decision, and how far back in your booking history you actually want to bring across. Most of that shows up in the test run as a list to go through, not as guesswork. When Enterprise DNA installs and runs it for you, this is the part they do with you on the call.

Questions
Instead of RMS Cloud, answered
We rely on the booking engine and the channel manager. What happens to those? expand_more
RMS Cloud sells sites and cabins through its booking engine and channel manager. The free version keeps cabin calendars in step with Booking.com and Airbnb through the calendar links those channels provide, which is slower and does not carry rates, and it flags any site sold twice. Where your park needs online booking with a site map, or a live channel connection, we build it into your version. Keep RMS running until the new setup has been tested with your channels.
Can you bring our RMS data across, including the permanents? expand_more
Yes. RMS exports reservations to a spreadsheet file from the Reservation Made/Modified report or from Report Writer. We bring across reservations, guests, site types, sites and booking sources, do a test run first and check the counts with you. Long-term guests are set up as agreements with their site fee and opening balance, and each meter starts from its latest reading.
Does it handle permanent residents and annual vans properly? expand_more
Each long stay is an agreement on its site: resident, annual or seasonal, with a weekly, monthly or yearly fee. Fees post in one run and never twice, power is charged from the meter, and accounts behind show in days of fees. It records which tenancy law you have decided covers each one, and the paperwork dates the New South Wales and Victorian rules ask for. A clean check means your records are complete; your lawyer still decides the law.
How does the cost compare with RMS Cloud? expand_more
RMS Cloud quotes each park after a call and does not publish its prices. Owning your version means one setup fee, then a retainer, with no charge per site, no extra modules and no yearly quote to renegotiate. Bring your current RMS invoice to the call and we will compare it with what your version would cost.
Can guests book online and pay by card? expand_more
The free version runs the office and the back office: bookings come to you and you enter them, and payments are recorded, not taken. When you want guests to book on your website and pay by card, we build the booking page and connect your payment provider in your version.
Bring Sam your site list and your RMS Cloud invoice
Book a 30-minute call with Sam. Bring your sites and cabins, your long-stay residents, your current RMS plan and the report you wish you had at the end of the month. We will scope the bookings, long stays and paperwork for your version.
