The plans
What RMS Cloud charges
RMS Cloud does not publish its prices. It sells two park plans, Accelerate for medium-sized parks and Elevate for multi-property groups, and both are quoted after a call, with features such as utilities metering, interactive maps and API access tied to a particular plan or sold as separate add-ons.
Accelerate
Quoted privately
Built for medium-sized parks, with interactive maps, accounting with accounts receivable, and utilities metering listed in this plan.
Elevate
Quoted privately
Built for multi-property groups, adding multi-site management, the tour desk, passes, gift vouchers, asset management, channel manager integration and API access.
Optional add-ons
Quoted privately
Owner and trust accounting, email marketing (EDM), the RMS Vault payment store and RMS Pay are listed as optional extras on top of either plan.
How the bill is built
No price until after a call
Both park plans, Accelerate and Elevate, say request a quote on the pricing page. There is no published figure to compare, and you only find out what your park would pay once a sales call has run its course.
Priced by plan, not by feature
Interactive maps, utilities metering and accounts receivable sit in Accelerate. Multi-site management, the tour desk, passes, gift vouchers, asset management and API access sit in Elevate, the plan built for park groups.
Extras added beyond the plan
Owner and trust accounting, email marketing and the payment vault are listed as optional add-ons, and RMS Pay is marked optional too, so the quote can grow past whichever plan you are sold.
Leaving means building your own export
Your reservations come out through the Reservation Made/Modified report or a Report Writer export you set up field by field. There is no single file waiting for you, only a report you have to build first.
A year of RMS Cloud
A yearly figure you cannot see until you call
RMS Cloud quotes each park after a call and publishes no figures for either plan, so there is no public yearly total to point to. What drives the quote up is the plan you are sold, Accelerate or Elevate, which features such as metering, maps or multi-site management you need, and which of the optional add-ons like owner and trust accounting, email marketing, the payment vault or RMS Pay get added on top.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A quote instead of a published price
Neither park plan carries a figure on the pricing page. Both say request a quote, so the first thing you pay for is a sales call before you know what your park will actually cost each month.
Everyday features split across two plans
Utilities metering, interactive maps and accounts receivable sit in Accelerate. Multi-site management, the tour desk, passes, gift vouchers and asset management only appear once you move up to Elevate, the plan built for park groups.
Optional extras added to the quote
Owner and trust accounting, email marketing, the RMS Vault and RMS Pay are listed as optional add-ons rather than included in either plan, so the total you pay keeps climbing past the base quote.
The owned alternative
Your park's own version, not another plan to quote
Enterprise DNA builds your park its own version around how it actually runs, brings your RMS Cloud data across and runs it for you, for one setup fee and then a monthly retainer, with no per-seat charge and no plan to move up for metering, maps or multi-site features. There is also a free version an owner can run without Enterprise DNA at all.
Holiday Park for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
RMS Cloud pricing, answered
Why doesn't RMS Cloud show its prices anywhere? expand_more
The pricing page lists Accelerate and Elevate by the size of park they suit, but both are marked request a quote. There is no published figure for either plan, so you only learn what your park would pay once a sales call has gone through your sites, cabins and the features you need.
Do all parks on the same plan pay the same amount? expand_more
Not necessarily. The plans set which features you can have, such as metering and maps in Accelerate or multi-site management in Elevate, but the price itself is quoted on a call. Optional add-ons like owner accounting, email marketing or the payment vault sit outside the plan and add to that quote.
Is it cheaper to keep paying RMS Cloud or move to an owned system? expand_more
RMS Cloud's cost is only known after a call, with the plan, any add-ons and your park size all feeding into the quote. Owning your version instead means one setup fee and then a monthly retainer, with no charge per site and no extra module to move up to.
