What the subscription buys
An annual commitment for the coaching layer
Sales Programs is a paid addition to Sales Cloud. Its published price is US$100 per user per month, billed annually. Compare the parts your managers use each week with the process you want to own.
A licence for each user
The published price follows the number of Sales Programs users. Review which people actually need this layer.
An annual contract
The listed edition is billed annually. The commitment covers the year, even when a particular coaching program ends sooner.
Revenue milestones
The paid package includes milestones. Your own version keeps the target, unit, deadline and supporting observation together.
Enablement analytics
The package includes progress reporting. Start your comparison with the overdue work and missing evidence your managers need to discuss.
Guidance and coaching
The pricing page lists a guidance centre, in-app coaching and walkthroughs. We scope the experiences your team needs as part of your version.
Program building and automation
Program building and automated programs are included in the listed package. Your own process starts with the assignments and review rules you actually use.
Your own working process
One review from assignment to evidence
Rep progress
See the work behind the completion count
A rep can finish an exercise and still have an overdue outcome. Keep that distinction visible at the weekly review.
- check Programs with an owner and a stated objective
- check Exercises, milestones and outcomes with separate targets
- check Deadlines measured from each rep’s start date
- check Verified evidence beside each recorded value
Coaching
Turn the review into specific follow-ups
The coach sees the rep, the topic and the due date. An internal brief brings the recorded observations into the conversation.
- check Open coaching actions by due date
- check Overdue follow-ups with the responsible coach
- check Assignments with no evidence check in seven days
- check A recorded outcome when each action closes
Evidence
Keep reported history distinct from checked facts
A number in an old export is useful history. Your coach checks its evidence before it contributes to a completed program.
- check Source values kept beside locally verified observations
- check An explicit record of who changed progress
- check Completion held until every target has evidence
- check Corrections recorded by reopening the assignment with a reason
Your rules
Review the process alongside the people
Inspect playbook review dates and the purpose for keeping coaching records in the same working week.
- check Playbooks with named owners and review dates
- check Privacy record checks with cited guidance
- check Branded program packs and coaching briefs
- check Your own fields and read-only reports as the process changes

Questions your coaching review should answer
These questions run against the included fictional demo. Salesforce supports custom reporting too. The difference here is ownership of the records and rules.
Switching
How to switch from Salesforce Sales Programs
The move is usually less about copying rows than preparing your exports, mapping your fields and checking that the right history has come across.
- 1
Export your records
Export the program and item progress reports from Salesforce Sales Programs as CSV. Include the report details and program and assignment fields for the records you plan to bring across. Export options can differ by Salesforce version and account, so check with Salesforce Sales Programs if your account offers a different route or format. Keep the original exports for reconciliation.
- 2
Map fields and choose history
Map your Salesforce columns to the required program and assignment fields before loading records. Decide which history you want to bring across. The import keeps reported progress separate from verified evidence, so a reported completion is not the same as evidence a coach has checked. Course files, assessment responses and other history need a separately scoped migration.
- 3
Test the import
Load the prepared records using the import, starting with its test run. Review anything it flags, correct the field mapping or source data, then repeat the test. Reconcile the counts and sample records before loading for real. Check that reported progress and verified evidence appear as separate records.
- 4
Run both side by side
Keep Salesforce Sales Programs available while your team uses the new database for a short period. Compare program assignments, reported progress and evidence checks in both places, and note any differences or work your team still depends on. Correct issues before treating the new database as your working record.
- 5
Switch off Salesforce
Once the records and routine reviews check out, stop updating Salesforce Sales Programs and switch it off through your account's normal process. Keep the original exports available for reference. Make sure your team knows where to record assignments, progress and coaching follow-ups in the new database before ending the overlap.
Where the real effort goes
Most of the effort is not copying rows. It is mapping your program and assignment fields, deciding which history to bring across, and reconciling reported progress with verified evidence. Course files, assessment responses and other history need separate scoping. If Enterprise DNA runs your version, they handle the preparation and reconciliation as part of that work.

Questions
Instead of Salesforce Sales Programs, answered
What does this replace in Salesforce Sales Programs? expand_more
The free base covers program records, assignments, milestone evidence, coaching follow-ups and the weekly review. We build the screens and connections your team needs into your custom version. It is not a promise to reproduce every Salesforce experience.
Can we bring across our existing program history? expand_more
Yes, for the records covered by the import. Export report details, prepare the required program and assignment fields, and map the columns. The free base preserves reported progress separately from verified evidence. Course files, assessment responses and other history need a scoped migration. We handle that preparation and reconciliation in your version.
Does finishing a course prove a rep is ready? expand_more
No. An exercise, a milestone and an outcome are separate records. Completion requires every target to have recorded evidence. A coach checks what the evidence means before using it in a personnel decision. Recorded outcomes do not prove that training caused a sale.
Can our managers and reps use it together? expand_more
Yes, with access and working roles designed for your team. The free base is for trusted operators. We set up the shared database, permissions and any rep-facing screens as part of your version. Coaching records stay private.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA? expand_more
One setup fee, then a retainer for the agreed ongoing work. The scope follows your migration, connections, screens and operating needs. The free version has no software licence fee, while hosting, agent subscriptions and your own time remain your costs.
