Storman quotes each facility, while review sites describe the subscription as tiered by units. The price depends on the unit count at your site, and adding units can move the subscription into a higher tier.
More sites
Each additional facility is another site on the account. Group reporting across sites is part of the higher tiers, so multi-site operators may need to account for both extra sites and the tier required for group reporting.
Payment fees
Card and direct debit collection runs through the vendor group’s payment business, with its own fees per transaction. These fees sit alongside the Storman subscription rather than being included in its quoted price.
Separate services
Online reservations, e-signed agreements and move-ins on your website are a separate module. Online and custom reporting is an add-on, while gate access depends on the integration partner you use.
