Instead of StrategyBlocks
Stop renting StrategyBlocks. Own your strategy system.
We build your version around the way your leadership team reviews progress, map your StrategyBlocks exports and run the agreed system for you. Your measures, evidence and follow-through stay together.
StrategyBlocks lists Premium 1-50 Staff at US$750 per person per year. Enterprise and not-for-profit pricing is quoted separately. Compare your actual subscription count and agreement.

Questions
Instead of StrategyBlocks, answered
Can we bring our StrategyBlocks records across? expand_more
StrategyBlocks documents exports of blocks and their descendants, plus a metrics export. We map your actual headings, check the relationships and reconcile the results. The free version imports mapped records in one step per export. Attachments, permissions, original comments and the complete history need a separate migration decision.
Will our block hierarchy and health scores stay the same? expand_more
We agree that before the move. The free version connects plans, objectives and initiatives and measures progress from a starting value to a target. A deep block hierarchy, custom health formula or automatic date adjustment needs to be mapped or built into your version. Keep your original records while the two reviews are compared.
What happens if a file is wrong or we import it twice? expand_more
A test run saves nothing. An identical repeat adds nothing. An invalid date, missing reference or conflicting existing record stops that export so it can be reviewed. Original imported values and their mapping remain available, including unused columns.
Can our team keep its dashboards and approval process? expand_more
Enterprise DNA builds the agreed screens, access controls, approval steps and connections into your version. The free version provides printable scorecards, initiative briefs and decision records for a trusted operator. Your team still decides whether evidence is adequate and whether a decision is approved.
What does Enterprise DNA charge? expand_more
A setup fee for the agreed build and migration, then a retainer to run and improve it. Bring your StrategyBlocks agreement, a sample export and the review your team actually uses. We scope the work around those records and routines.
Bring the strategy review and the software invoice
Book 30 minutes with Sam. Bring your StrategyBlocks renewal, a sample export and the report you prepare for the leadership meeting. We will map what your version needs to do.
