The subscription
What sits behind the packaging bill
TrackOnline lists Standard at €235 a month, Pro at €830 and Pro Plus at €1,535. Compare the daily work you need with the wider service you currently buy.
The movement register
Daily intake, issues and location records are part of the paid packaging service. Your own register can hold the history.
Balances and reconciliation
TrackOnline offers configurable balance views and Excel exports. Keep control totals when you move the record.
Transfers and returns
The service records packaging changing hands. An owned ledger can preserve the evidence and the reason for each correction.
Connected order systems
Pro is positioned around connecting your order system. We scope the connections your operation actually uses.
Financial configuration
Pro Plus adds configurable packaging fees and rental arrangements. Bring those requirements to the scoping call.
Access to your history
TrackOnline terms describe Excel export before the agreement ends. Preserve the original files before you close the account.

Returns
Know which issues still need a return
An overall balance is only the start. Follow the particular issue and its remaining units.
- check Match partial returns to the original issue
- check Show the outstanding quantity and agreed due date
- check Separate received units that have no matched issue
- check Keep the partner owner beside the follow-up
Reconciliation
Explain the difference before adjusting stock
Keep physical counts and the movement history side by side.
- check Compare counted units with the recorded balance
- check Flag later entries that change an earlier count
- check Assign a disputed quantity and a deadline
- check Record corrections without erasing the original movement
Evidence
Put missing dockets and observations in the review
The record checks make gaps visible to the person who can inspect the packaging.
- check Find movements with no evidence reference
- check Review unclassified locations and packaging types
- check Surface stale or adverse food-contact observations
- check Keep a recorded clean observation separate from a safety certificate
Your process
Prepare the documents your partners need
Start with working outputs, then shape them around your depot and customer agreements.
- check Produce packaging statement drafts in your brand
- check Keep movement dockets beside the recorded history
- check Print a physical-count reconciliation
- check Add a review that combines your own return rules and evidence requirements

Ten questions this version answers today
These are demonstrated questions, not a claim that TrackOnline lacks configurable reporting. Your own version can follow the rules you choose.
Switching
Move the register with the balances checked
Keep the current operation running while you reconcile the exported history.
- 1
Export before access ends
Save the processed transaction detail and the balance reports from TrackOnline. Keep the original workbooks and their attachments.
- 2
Test the mapped import
Prepare the item-level text spreadsheet and check its date format and headings. A test run shows the records that would load.
- 3
Reconcile the packaging
Compare location balances, confirm opening stock and match returns. Assign discrepancies and preserve the evidence for corrections.
- 4
Switch when the operation is ready
Check the daily handover, partner statements and required connections with the team before closing the old account.
Where the real effort goes
Export layouts differ. Enterprise DNA maps the actual files, checks the control totals and builds the agreed operational connections.

Questions
Instead of TrackOnline, answered
Is this a complete copy of TrackOnline? expand_more
The free version covers the packaging register, return matching, physical counts, disputes and evidence checks. TrackOnline also provides connected and mobile workflows. We scope your phone capture, partner access, rental arrangements and connections before replacing any operational dependency.
Can our existing packaging history come across? expand_more
Yes, from a processed, item-level export with quantities, locations and dates. Save the Excel export as a text spreadsheet and map its headings. The import preserves source rows and rejects conflicting repeats. We reconcile opening balances, attachments, due dates and return matches with you.
Will a discrepancy change our stock automatically? expand_more
No. A count exposes the difference and keeps the recorded balance for comparison. A correction preserves the original movement and adds its offset. A returned quantity must be matched to the issue it settles, with limits that prevent using the same units twice.
Does a clean observation prove our crates are safe? expand_more
No. The review checks the suitability reference and the recorded observation. Your team still inspects the physical packaging and follows its food-safety process. We build your required checks and evidence handling into the agreed version.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA, and who owns the records? expand_more
One setup fee, then a retainer for the agreed work. Your records stay in a database you own. The free version can be run yourself, with hosting and agent use paid separately. We agree migration, ongoing operation and any connections on the call.
