TrackTik publishes no price, so you need a quote to know what it will cost. The bill is built around your site count and modules, plus a setup and training fee, with a 12-month minimum.

How the bill is built
Private quote
TrackTik does not publish a price list. Trackforce builds a quote after a sales call, so you cannot compare a public rate before speaking with them.
Site count
The quote follows your site count. Each new contract and site can move the bill up, so winning work can increase what you pay for TrackTik as your guarding operation grows.
Modules and add-ons
Tours and reporting are the starting modules. Billing, payroll, business intelligence and visitor management are add-ons, each included as a separate line on the quote.
Setup and training
The quote includes a setup and training fee, and TrackTik is sold on a 12-month minimum. These charges sit alongside the site count and modules used to build your private quote.

Much of what you rent is the officer app and office dashboard. The records underneath include sites, officers, licences, shifts, checkpoints and incidents. The system provides screens around those records.
The reports on offer
You see the dashboards the vendor chose to build. For example, margin per hour by site or licences that lapse before an officer's last rostered shift depend on what the reports offer.
Your history in their cloud
Years of incident reports, patrol records and client reporting sit in the vendor's cloud. You rent the system that holds that history rather than owning it, so access to those records is part of what your ongoing bill pays for.
