Instead of Turnkey IPS
Stop renting Turnkey IPS. Own your insolvency case system.
We build your version around your practice, your templates and the Australian or New Zealand rules you work under, bring your Turnkey IPS files across and run it for you. Your practitioners keep every decision on proofs, dividends and fees.
Turnkey publishes no price for IPS. It is quoted after a demo, as a subscription with paid add-ons for identity checks, payee checks, banking and credit reports, and separate products for the creditor portal and for proofs.

What the subscription covers
The bill is a quote, and the add-ons sit on top
Turnkey sells IPS as a subscription priced after a demo. Around the core case system sit paid add-ons and separate products. Compare that with a case system built around your own practice and the rules in your country.
A price you only see after a demo
There is no public price list for IPS. You book a demo and receive a quote for your practice.
Identity and payee checks as add-ons
Know your client checks and Confirmation of Payee are offered as extras to the subscription.
Banking as another add-on
Turnkey Pay handles banking, reconciliation and payments, sold on top of the case system.
Credit reports through the dashboard
Direct creditor reports from Experian are another add-on inside IPS.
A separate creditor portal
Sharing case information with creditors, employees and lenders is a separate product, Turnkey IP.
A separate product for proofs
Automated proof of debt and proxy lodgement is Turnkey Proven, another product again.
Your own insolvency desk
Start with what your managers check every week
Deadlines
Every statutory step on one calendar
Each file shows the steps it owes and the date each is due, counted in business days in Australia and working days in New Zealand, with the section or rule that sets it.
- check Independence declarations, initial notices, reports to creditors and annual returns
- check New Zealand first reports, six-monthly reports and creditors’ meetings
- check First and second meetings in voluntary administrations, including the longer December and Easter period
- check Change a rule once and every date on every file moves
Proofs and dividends
Dividends paid in the right order, to the cent
Proofs are admitted, part-admitted or rejected with the reason kept. A dividend is split across each class only when the class above it is paid in full.
- check Refuses a dividend before proofs close or while any proof is undecided
- check Refuses a class while a higher class is short
- check What each class would get from the cash held today, across every file
- check Proofs well above the company’s own records flagged for review
Remuneration
No fees drawn without approval
Approvals from creditors, the committee or the court sit beside time recorded and fees drawn, file by file.
- check A draw above the approved amount is refused in Australia
- check Time recorded above approval flagged before anyone draws it
- check New Zealand fee basis tracked, with a reason needed to go over it
- check Where staff time goes by task across every open file
Your paperwork
Notices and reports in your name
Draft the documents a file needs from the records, on your letterhead, for a practitioner to check, sign and lodge.
- check Updates to creditors from the cashbook and the claims
- check Notices of intention to declare a dividend
- check Notices to creditors whose proofs were rejected, with the reason
- check Receipts and payments, dividend schedules and the schedule of creditors

Questions answered from your case records
These examples combine your own records across every file at once. They are not a claim that Turnkey IPS cannot produce a similar report.
Switching
How to switch from Turnkey IPS
A move involves exporting creditor listings, loading them case by case, checking the records and running both systems together before you stop using Turnkey IPS.
- 1
Export your case records
For each case, export the creditor listing from Turnkey IPS to Excel, then save the sheet as CSV for import. For records beyond the creditor listing, export what your account allows, usually CSV or Excel, and check with Turnkey IPS about available options. Keep the original records so you can compare them with what you load into the new system.
- 2
Load a test file
Choose a case and use the import’s dry run before loading its creditor listing. Check that you have selected the matching case, then review the test results. Once the rows look right, run the import for that case. The import keeps each source column with the creditor, so you can refer back to the original information.
- 3
Review import warnings
Read what the import reports before moving on. Identical creditors are skipped, while a conflicting row stops the whole file, so investigate conflicts and correct the source information before trying again. Check the imported creditors against the Turnkey IPS listing. Then account for proofs and record the steps already done, assets realised, fees drawn and dividends paid.
- 4
Run both systems
For a short period, keep Turnkey IPS available while you check the new system against your live cases. Compare the records you rely on, including creditors, proofs, statutory steps, remuneration and dividends. Reconcile each cashbook with the bank before relying on its balance. Use the overlap to find missing history or differences, and resolve them before switching your day-to-day work.
- 5
Switch off Turnkey IPS
Once you have checked the records you need and reconciled the cashbooks, move your day-to-day case work to Insolvency Practice for Claude Code. Keep any Turnkey IPS records you need to refer to, then stop using Turnkey IPS for active work. The new system has no web front end, so you work with its database through Claude Code or another supported coding agent.
Where the real effort goes
The main work is mapping your own fields and rules, then deciding how much case history to bring across. Creditor listings are the import starting point, while completed steps, assets, fees, dividends and cashbook balances also need attention. If Enterprise DNA installs and runs the system for you, it handles this migration work as part of the setup.

Questions
Instead of Turnkey IPS, answered
Does this replace everything Turnkey IPS does? expand_more
The free version covers the case desk: appointments, statutory deadlines, creditors, proofs, assets, the cashbook, remuneration, meetings and dividends. It does not lodge forms with ASIC or the Registrar, bank the money or run a creditor portal. We scope those for your version before you switch.
Can we trust the deadline dates? expand_more
Each date comes from a rule written down with its section, counted in business or working days with your public holidays loaded. Your managers can see the rule behind every date. It is a records check, not legal advice, and the practitioner still decides.
What happens to the files we already run in Turnkey IPS? expand_more
Each case’s creditor listing exports to Excel. We bring the creditors and proofs across, then record the steps already done, the assets realised, the fees drawn and the dividends paid, and reconcile each cashbook with the bank before you rely on it.
We run files in Australia and New Zealand. Will it handle both? expand_more
Yes. Australian files count business days and follow the Corporations Act and the Insolvency Practice Rules. New Zealand files count working days, including the summer break, and follow the Companies Act. Both sit on one calendar.
What do we pay Enterprise DNA? expand_more
The code is free. A version built and run for your practice has one setup fee, then a retainer. Sam reviews your Turnkey IPS quote, how many files you run and the reports you produce before agreeing the scope.
Own the records behind every file you administer
Take 30 minutes with Sam to go through your Turnkey IPS quote, the files your team runs and the rules you work under. We map your files and agree what your version needs before you change systems.
