One is a curated plugin list called awesome-deepseek-harness, picking up 58 stars a day. The other is a competing terminal UI wrapper called dsh-cc-tui, growing even faster at 191 stars a day. Neither came from DeepSeek itself. Both came from independent developers who saw the harness and started building on top of it almost immediately.

Here’s why that speed matters more than the harness itself. When a tool launches and gets a handful of plugins over a few weeks, that’s normal adoption.
