How the bill is built
Every user is a seat
Affinity prices each user separately. Partners, associates, analysts and operating staff each count as seats, even when most of the deal team is reading the pipeline rather than changing it.
Billed annually
Affinity bills for a year at a time. If you add an analyst halfway through the year, Affinity charges another annual seat.
Enterprise costs are quoted
Affinity gives Enterprise a custom price rather than a public figure. Dedicated implementation and success support are sold as an add-on, so they can also affect what you pay.
Extra seat types cost more
Collaborator seats and sync-only seats are listed as add-ons. Affinity does not publish prices for them, so their cost is not included in the listed plan figures.
