The plans
What Asora charges
Asora charges by the net worth your family tracks, with its price set across nine brackets. The bill can also include one-time onboarding, extra packs of investment accounts and a dedicated server.
Annual subscription
US$15,600 a year (US$1,300 a month, billed annually)
This price is for a family tracking 50 to 100 million, within Asora's nine net worth brackets.
How the bill is built
A bracket set by net worth
For a family tracking 50 to 100 million, the subscription is US$15,600 a year. As the family's wealth crosses into another of Asora's nine brackets, the fee changes with it, even if the office does the same work.
One-time onboarding
Onboarding costs 25% of the annual subscription and is paid at the start of onboarding. At the 50 to 100 million bracket, that is US$3,900, on top of the annual subscription.
Extra account packs
The first 20 investment accounts are included. Each further pack of 20 costs US$3,600 a year. Each pack of 20 private fund holdings fed in automatically also costs US$3,600 a year.
A separate server
Families that want their data kept apart can pay for a dedicated, isolated server. It costs US$4,000 a year on top of the subscription.
A year of Asora
Your Asora bill in a year
For a family tracking 50 to 100 million, the subscription is US$15,600 a year, or US$1,300 a month billed annually. A one-time US$3,900 onboarding fee also applies in year one, before extras. Each extra pack of 20 investment accounts or private fund holdings costs US$3,600 a year. A dedicated server adds US$4,000 a year.

What you are really paying for
A fee tied to wealth
Asora prices its subscription by the net worth you track, across nine brackets. That means the fee can rise when the family's wealth crosses a bracket, even if the office's work stays the same.
Screens over your records
Asora charts entities, accounts, holdings, values and transactions. The dashboards show what Asora chose to chart, which may not answer the question trustees need to ask this week.
Legal records kept elsewhere
Trust papers, beneficiary notices, filing dates and loans between the family's companies usually sit with the lawyer and accountant, away from the numbers. The subscription is for the records and screens Asora describes, not those separate legal records.
