Extra users
Each user beyond the number included in your edition costs A$1,390 a year. That means hiring more collectors adds to your yearly bill, rather than keeping the software cost fixed as your team grows.
Edition account limits
Your edition also sets how many debtor accounts you can hold. Entrepreneur stops at 100,000 accounts and 10 people logged in at once. If your book or team grows beyond those limits, you need to move up an edition.
